★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha pet frequenta o “Pet Play” há vários anos e adoro. Desde os serviços semanais de banho e tosa com taxi-dog, sempre muito cuidadosos, até o cuidado com a lembrança dos dias de vacinas, vermifugação, que ficam registrados e são alertados. Alertas de qualquer anormalidade observada são prontamente comunicados. Avaliação com veterinário, necessidade de realização de exames. Cirurgias, remoção de tártaro, sem falar na disponibilidade de creche-dia, hotel, com espaço bem adequado e lúdico. Não troco.
 My pet has been attending “Pet Play” for several years and I love it. From the weekly bathing and grooming services with taxi-dogs, always very careful, to the care of remembering the days of vaccines, deworming, which are recorded and are alerted. Alerts of any abnormalities observed are promptly communicated. Evaluation with veterinarian, need for exams. Surgeries, removal of tartar, not to mention the availability of day-care centers, hotels, with a very adequate and playful space. No change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super recomendo. Minha cachorra frequenta a creche e sempre foi muito bem tratada por todos. Não tenho do que reclamar. E olha que cheguei a fazer teste em outros lugares pelo bairro, mas igual a PetPlay não há. Ter acesso às câmeras foi um divisor de águas em relação as outras creches. Hoje em dia mal acesso, porque sei da excelência do serviço que é prestado, mas no começo foi importante e me deu mais segurança para deixar a minha cachorra. O Dr. Gabriel, veterinário que atende na PetPlay, é excelente também. Confio nele de olhos fechados!
I highly recommend. My dog attends daycare and has always been treated very well by everyone. I have nothing to complain about. And look, I got to test it in other places around the neighborhood, but there is none like PetPlay. Having access to the cameras was a game changer compared to other day care centers. Nowadays I have little access, because I know the excellence of the service that is provided, but in the beginning it was important and it gave me more security to leave my dog. Dr. Gabriel, a veterinarian who works at PetPlay, is also excellent. I trust him with my eyes closed!

Atendimento: Andrea empresaria muito ativa frente a Petplay, pensa nos mínimos detalhes para nós tutores ( Pai e Mãe de Pet ). De algumas experiências que tive percebi que a Petplay é diferenciada, possui
aplicativo para registro de todo o histórico do seu Pet, informa diariamente sobre a alimentação (
Almoço e Jantar) , além das informações de saúde, vacinas, vermifugo, substituição da Ceresto ou similares.
Os Tios (as) : São um show a parte é nítido o amor e dedicação para com os nossos filhotes ? , sao super atenciosos nos mínimos detalhes sempre postam vídeos nas redes sociais e com isso nos tutores acompanhamos um pouquinho do dia a dia deles tem piscina, brincadeiras com água, bolinhas, enriquecimento, festas temáticas e muito mais só fazendo parte para saber de verdade como funciona, as pessoas que ali trabalham tem amor pelos pets são profissionais excelentes O Logan vem pra casa cheiroso pois eles fazem um mini banho a seco, A Petplay também tem serviço de hotel com monitores que dormem no local dos Pets, além das câmeras do circuito interno que nós tutores ficamos mais tranquilos e ainda da para dar uma espiada a qualquer hora. Outro dia fui buscar o Logan e ele estava vestido com uma roupa, no primeiro momento pensei nossa que roupa é essa aí perguntei para o tio que trouxe ele até o portão aí recebi a informação que fez frio e eles colocaram uma roupinha no meu Logan para ele não sentir frio ......amei e são estas coisas "atitudes" que fazem a diferença, eles não tinham obrigação nenhuma em vestir o meu filhote....mas assim fizeram. Ah fora a bolsa "lancheira" que eu comprei para o Logan com eles ....achei sensacional. Assim só não dei 10 estrelas pq o Google não tem. Mas a Petplay é demais e faz a diferença nas nossas vidas. A Andrea e toda equipe da Petplay fica aqui o meu agradecimento por tudo, vocês são demais e superam todas as expectativas. #amopetplay

Service: Andrea, a very active businesswoman in front of Petplay, thinks about the smallest details for us tutors (Pet's Father and Mother). From some experiences I had I realized that Petplay is differentiated, it has
application to record your Pet's entire history, informs you daily about feeding (
Lunch and Dinner), in addition to health information, vaccines, deworming, replacement of Cersto or similar.
The Uncles (as): They are a show apart, the love and dedication to our puppies is clear ?, they are super attentive in the smallest details they always post videos on social media and with that in the tutors we follow a little bit of their day to day. pool, games with water, balls, enrichment, themed parties and much more just being part of it to really know how it works, the people who work there love the pets they are excellent professionals Logan comes home smelling great because they make a mini bath dry, Petplay also has a hotel service with monitors who sleep at the Pets' place, in addition to the CCTV cameras that we tutors are calmer and you can even take a peek at any time. The other day I went to get Logan and he was dressed in a suit, at first I thought, wow, what is this outfit, then I asked the uncle who brought him to the gate, then I got the information that it was cold and they put a little outfit on my Logan to he doesn't feel cold ......I loved it and it's these "attitudes" things that make the difference, they had no obligation to dress my puppy....but they did. Oh, apart from the "lunch bag" I bought for Logan with them....I thought it was amazing. So I just didn't give it 10 stars because Google doesn't have it. But Petplay is awesome and makes a difference in our lives. Andrea and the entire Petplay team are here to thank you for everything, you guys are awesome and exceed all expectations. #amopetplay
