★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente há 12 anos. Infelizmente não existe outra autorizada da Dabi. O próprio dono do estabelecimento é extremamente mal educado e não solicito com nada. Então quando é assim difícil resolver a situação. Preços abusivos cobrados em manutenção.

Comprei um aparelho de raio x da Dabi em junho de 2021. A entrega foi efetuada em novembro de 2021, sobre o tempo para entrega do equipamento eu estava ciente, apesar achar longo, porém o serviço de instalação do equipamento pelos técnicos autorizados não teve como ser pior.
Já na instalação o raio x apresentou um ERRO A3 que o técnico não soube resolver, depois de fazer algumas ligações, e de demorar mais de 4 horas para um serviço que seria de 1 hora, ele conseguiu deixar o raio x funcionando. Porém fez um serviço "porco" para fixar o raio x que eu tive que chamar outra pessoa para consertar (foto). Detalhe a instalação não está inclusa na compra, ela deve ser paga separadamente.
Agora tive o mesmo problema com o raiox erro A3 me mandaram o mesmo técnico, péssimo, e não me avisaram que seria cobrando o deslocamento.
Fiquei com o sentimento de se aproveitarem de que é uma clinica gerenciada por mulher para fazer qualquer serviço, sentimento de desrespeito de não levar minha palavra a sério, sentimento de ser enganada e desrespeitada. Fez qualquer tipo de serviço e tudo bem.
Sobre a cobrança do deslocamento me disseram que está especificado no manual, porém acho que o mínimo quando se conversa com a atendente e ela diz que vai mandar um técnico é "informar" que tem o valor deslocamento.
Péssima experiência, não adquiro nenhuma equipamento por esta empresa mais e não recomendo.

I bought a Dabi x-ray machine in June 2021. Delivery took place in November 2021, I was aware of the time for delivery of the equipment, although I thought it was long, but the equipment installation service by authorized technicians could not be worse.
In the installation, the x-ray presented an ERROR A3 that the technician did not know how to solve, after making some calls, and taking more than 4 hours for a service that would take 1 hour, he managed to get the x-ray working. However, he did a "pig" service to fix the x-ray that I had to call someone else to fix it (photo). Detail installation is not included in the purchase, it must be paid separately.
Now I had the same problem with the A3 error ray x-ray they sent me the same technician, terrible, and they didn't warn me that they would be charging the displacement.
I was left with the feeling of being taken advantage of that it is a clinic run by a woman to do any service, feeling of disrespect for not taking my word for it, feeling of being lied to and disrespected. Did any kind of service and that was fine.
About the charge for the displacement, I was told that it is specified in the manual, but I think the minimum when you talk to the attendant and she says she will send a technician is to "inform" that the displacement value is.
Bad experience, I don't buy any equipment from this company anymore and I don't recommend it.
