I also want to know if the store is still open after this coronavirus quarantine, as the call does not complete with the phone number on Google ... I used to live in the next block, now I am farther away but I would go there just to buy the parts I need for my stove, I just wanted to make sure ... ?

â â â â â Eu nĂŁo recomendo o servico de conversĂŁo de gĂĄs da loja. Eu fiz no meu fogĂŁo novo da Brastemp (por falta de conhecimento, pois a brastemp faz na garantia ) e o servico ficou PĂSSIMO. Por acaso descobri pelo tecnico da Brastemp que foi feita incorretamente o "serviço", eles apenas fizeram furos, em vez de adaptar. O que gerou um fogĂŁo todo desregulado, com chamas desreguladas e a temperatura do forno inclusive. Liguei pra reclamar mas o tĂ©cnico disse que era assim mesmo e nĂŁo iria retornar pra refazer o servico.
I do not recommend the store's gas conversion service. I did it on my new Brastemp stove (due to lack of knowledge, as brastemp does it under warranty) and the service was AWESOME. I happened to discover by the Brastemp technician that the "service" was done incorrectly, they just drilled holes, instead of adapting. What generated an unregulated stove, with unregulated flames and the oven temperature even. I called to complain but the technician said it was so and would not return to redo the service.
