Ao questionarmos disseram que o Dr Capela estava atrasado mas nenhuma satisfação foi dada aos pacientes que aguardavam pela consulta. Solicitamos que fosse rasgada a guia do convênio pois não nos submetemos a tanta falta de respeito
We arrived at 7:30 for an appointment scheduled for 8:20. At 9:30 we were still at the reception waiting for the appointment. When questioned they said that Dr Capela was late but no satisfaction was given to the patients who were waiting for the consultation. We asked for the covenant guide to be torn up because we do not submit to so much lack of respect
