Danificaram móveis de minha propriedade para entregar o colchão. Cuidado com o contrato leonino que pedem para vc assinar após efetuar o pagamento. Tive que ameaçar denuncia-los pela não emissão de nota fiscal e no fim me encaminharam uma nota emitida por uma empresa que nem conheço. NÃO RECOMENDO !!!
Poor delivery service with disqualified people.
They damaged furniture on my property to deliver the mattress. Be careful with the Leo contract that you are asked to sign after making the payment. I had to threaten to denounce them for not issuing an invoice and in the end they sent me a note issued by a company I don't even know. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O diferencial do colchão era os 3 anos, mas não foi efetivado. Não recebi a nota nem a evidência dos 2 anos adicionais de garantia, mesmo entrando em contato com a loja algumas vezes.
The differential of the mattress was 3 years, but it was not effective. I have not received the notice or evidence of the additional 2 year warranty, even contacting the store a few times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um conjunto box +colchão FA Maringá na Decoramix no black friday de 2019. Por motivos de obras em meu apartamento só pude receber a mercadoria agora em Julho 2020. Gostaria de agradecer por terem feito este armazenamento sem nenhuma taxa ou dificuldade no agendamento da entrega, que foi realizada rapidamente e no momento em que eu precisei. Agradeço especialmente a vendedora Samya que deu todo o suporte . Muito obrigada!
I bought a box set + mattress FA Maringá at Decoramix on the black friday of 2019. Due to works in my apartment I was only able to receive the goods now in July 2020. I would like to thank you for having made this storage without any fee or difficulty in scheduling delivery , which was carried out quickly and at the time I needed it.
