★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou marido da Lucicleide Sousa, e estou fazendo esta avaliação nessas horas da madrugada pois é impossível dormir num colchão que virou uma canoa, não dá pra se virar na cama pra se ter ideia, o SAC da King Star já concordou com a troca. Mas a loja quer cobrar por isso, aceitamos outro modelo de custo inferior para não insistir no mesmo erro porém estão insistindo em nos extorquir. O produto entregue está muito longe em todos os quesitos do que vimos na loja. Já houve erro na entrega do box elevatório, veio de padrão diferente do comprado, e assim já se vão 3 semanas sendo uma pelo menos dormindo muito mal, espero resolutividade e responsabilidade na solução imediata dos seus problemas de qualidade e vícios oculto nos produtos com a troca sem ônus pra nós.
I'm Lucicleide Sousa's husband, and I'm doing this evaluation at these hours of the morning because it's impossible to sleep on a mattress that turned into a canoe, you can't turn around in bed to get an idea, the King Star SAC has already agreed to the exchange. But the store wants to charge for it, we accept another model with a lower cost so as not to insist on the same mistake but they are insisting on extorting us. The delivered product is far from what we saw in the store in all respects. There was already an error in the delivery of the lift box, it came in a different pattern than the one purchased, and so it's been 3 weeks with at least one sleeping very poorly, I hope resolution and responsibility in the immediate solution of your quality problems and hidden vices in the products with exchange free of charge to us.

Estive com a família para trocar nosso colchão, que já era da King Star, por um novo e tivemos um excelente atendimento da Daiane e do Amauri. Localizada de frente com a avenida "Tiquatira" (Z/L-SP) essa loja tem lugar para estacionar, ampla variedade de colchões, dos mais firmes aos mais macios, e uma excelente localização. O Amauri nos mostrou uma capa de colchão impermeável, de silicone, e fez um teste na hora jogando água quente pra mostrar que não vazava e não faz barulho, show. Fizemos nossa aquisição e a entrega será em 2 dias úteis, incrível!!!

Come on. In need of a high quality and long lasting mattress, visit King Star Mattresses. I was with the family to exchange our mattress, which was already from King Star, for a new one and we had excellent service from Daiane and Amauri. Located in front of Avenida "Tiquatira" (Z/L-SP) this store has a parking space, a wide variety of mattresses, from the firmest to the softest, and an excellent location. Amauri showed us a waterproof silicone mattress cover, and did a test on the spot by pouring hot water to show that it didn't leak and doesn't make noise, show. We made our purchase and delivery will be in 2 business days, amazing!!!
