★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento do WhatsApp deles são péssimo! Tive que remarcar devido ao preparo. A atendente disse pessoalmente que iriam me agendar via whats o atendente faz alguma3 perguntas eu repondo e fica por isso mesmo , visualiza e nada de concluir o agendamento . Cada vez mais o Delboni está caindo no me conceito e de várias outras pessoas que converso , sem falar que alguns profissionais não consegu nem achar a veia para tirar seu sangue e fica furando vc !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar!!!!! minha esposa marcou uma ressonância por telefone, chegou com antecipação ao exame, preencheu vários papéis, fez o preparo e esperou 1 hora. quando entrou na sala de exame ela foi informada que a bobina estava quebrando há muito tempo e não poderia fazer. Por fim a profissional perguntou se podia usar outra bobina que a responsabilidade era da minha esposa. Que lambança !!! Eles não se comunicam com a Central de marcação e nem a recepção do lugar sabia. Um lugar desse tinha que ser fechado. Que profissional é esse que oferece uma coisa absurda para quem não conhece e está ali somente para fazer um exame. Por favor pessoal não marque nada nessa unidade de Alphaville.

They don't communicate with the booking center and neither the reception of the place knew. A place like this had to be closed. What kind of professional is this that offers something absurd to those who don't know it and are only there to take an exam. Please, don't mark anything in this Alphaville unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 19/01 compareci a unidade Alphaville para fazer uma endoscopia. Além do despreparo dos profissionais que conduziram o processo (pessoa que aplicou a medicação parecia estar perdida, sem saber onde estavam os utensílios), médico extremamente frio.
Após o procedimento, disseram que o exame foi cancelado o estomago estava repleto de alimentos. No entanto, minha última alimento havia ocorrido ás 13H do dia anterior, e o exame foi feito ás 07h do dia posterior, totalizando 17 horas de jejum. Por fim, não tiveram o cuidado de me entregar meus pertences, fazendo com que eu tivesse que voltar para buscar. Como o exame não foi feito, não devolveram a guia. Solicito providencia para essa experiência horrível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é bom, o atendimento também, mas a segurança dos clientes fica em último lugar. Fui com a minha filha de 8 meses realizar alguns exames e presenciei várias pessoas com máscara no queixo, um Sr. Inclusive estava espirrando muito, evidentemente gripado e não apareceu ninguém para pedir para o ele e os demais colocarem a máscara. Por ser um ambiente em que circula muitas pessoas e com problemas de saúde, deveria haver um cuidado maior pensando nas pessoas que possuem comorbidades e nas crianças e bebês que não são vacinadas.

Venho aí para desabafar depois do péssimo atendimento que tive hoje, minha filha de 11 meses teve que fazer um exame para apresentar para o médico que acompanha o caso dela ao chegar no local fomos atendidos de forma rápida e eficiente, e após atendimento inicial fomos para sala de coleta para coletar o material para análise.
Para a coleta as enfermeiras informaram que seria feita coleta de sangue e nisso começou o filme de terror ,tentaram três vezes retirar sangue da criança e todas vezes falharam e em cada vez entravam enfermeiras diferentes para tentar sem sucesso, ao ver que não conseguiriam anularam a coleta .
Nos já estávamos no balcão para cancelamento do pagamento pois não conseguiram fazer a coleta e após uma hora esperando chega a enfermeira informando que poderia ser feito por saliva o exame.
Por esse motivo venho aqui expressar minha revolta e indignação algo que poderia ser rápido, só coletar uma saliva virou uma sena de horror ver minha filha que já vem sofrendo muito após várias cirurgias ainda passar por isso.

Entrei pelo site e tentei agendamento on LINE para exames, surpreendentemente não havia data disponível para agendamento. Recomendam entrar em contato por tel.
Liguei aprox as 10h p me informar sobre teste de COVID e Influenza A e B, fui informado que para estes exames PARTICULAR, não precisaria agendamento e nem requisição. Pedi p checar se a unidade de Osasco ou Alphaville estariam colhendo ainda hoje (visto que era sábado), ela conferiu e afirmou q podia me dirigir a uma dessas unidade, sendo o horário de coleta até às 16h.
Me dirigi a unidade de Osasco, que era a mais próxima, aprox. as 12:30h. Chegando lá, ja tinha um Sr reclamando que precisava fazer teste de covid pois ia fazer uma cirurgia, e tinha sido informado que não precisava de agendamento.
O primeiro atendente, me informou que exame de COVID somente por agendamento. Informei que tinha acabado de ligar e fui informado que não precisava agendar. Este foi falar c a "superior" dele e que não poderiam fazer, somente com agendamento. Durante a minha reclamação, eu mostrei um informativo de valores que me foi enviado pelo teleatendimento, e ele viu que era PCR DE INFLUENZA A e B e COVID, aí foi novamente falar c a "superior" e me passou q poderia ser feito, me colocou numa fila acho q p quem tinha suspeita de sind gripais/respiratórias e covid, de outros 3 ou 4 esperando, e acreditem, reclamando...
Depois de um tempo esperando, o rapaz volta e me fala que não poderia ser realizado pq não tinha requisição.
Pedi p falar com a "superiora" dele e esta foi bem superficial, não está lá muiito pra ajudar, nem os clientes tampouco seus funcionários. Rechaçou que não poderia fazer nada, somente p agendamento e com a reuqiscao. Falou q poderia fazer a reclamação ali com ela ali mesmo ou pelo site. Bom, meu sentimento era de que não ia servir p nada reclamar de alguém p este mesmo alguém.
Bom, p testar liguei de novo p teleatendimento... E confirmei mais uma vez, e pelo teleatendimento, seria possível realizar os exames sem agendamento, desde que particulares.
Não sei quem está passando as informações erradas nessa história toda, só acho que uma empresa deste porte deve ter profissionais mais preparados para as informações e, principaente, para receber as reclamações e ajudar os clientes e seus próprios funcionários.
Péssimo atendimento!!! Nunca tinha visto um atendimento tão ruim, do começo ao fim.

This was to talk to his "superior" and that they couldn't do it, only by appointment. Well, to test I called the teleservice again... And I confirmed it once again, and through the teleservice, it would be possible to perform the exams without an appointment, as long as they are private.
I don't know who is giving the wrong information in this whole story, I just think that a company of this size should have professionals who are more prepared for information and, in principle, to receive complaints and help customers and their own employees.
Terrible attendance!!! I have never seen such bad service from start to finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localizado em Alphaville, local amplo com estacionamento pago e caro, possui uma cafeteria Express na unidade que recebe clientes( no dia que visitei) estava cheio de avulsos, aqueles que apenas foram tomar café. Achei desconfortável, mas enfim. Atendimento bom, aliás muito bom. Funcionários atenciosos, educados e pacientes. Achei o local muito abafado, o ar não estava ligado. Enfim, tem muito a melhorar para que os funcionários trabalhem mais tranquilos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ampla cobertura regional, nessa unidade de Barueri tem os laboratórios e portanto os resultados são rápidos se comparados con outras unidades.
Estacionamiento não é grátis, tem manobrista e bastante espacio.
Atendimento um pouco complicado por causa da grande afluência de pacientes. Sempre está lotado, mas para os exames agendados e de alta complexidade costumam ser pontuais no atendimento.
Os preços são relativamente acessíveis, mas é claro que não é barato. É um laboratório confiável e de tradição de qualidade.
