Comprei várias peças e dentre elas um shorts para minha esposa e manchou na primeira lavada, fui atendida pela gerente valdirene(a mesma se identificou como gerente).
Não levei a nota, mas a etiqueta prova que é da loja mas a mesmo criou caso em trocar o shorts.
So que após várias conversas a respeito de direito que nos como consumidor temos de direito a mesma trocou.
So que nunca mais compro mais nada nessa loja e não indico

I bought several pieces, among them a shorts for my wife and spotted the first washed, I was met by valdirene manager (the same is identified as a manager).
I did not take note, but the proof label is the store but even if created to exchange the shorts.
So that after several conversations about right to us as a consumer have the right to the same changed.
But I never buy anything else in this store and I don't indicate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja de péssimo atendimento, pessoas com má vontade (inclusive a gerente) que age de má fé com os clientes e ainda debocham.
Tive que dar 1 estrela pra poder comentar mas a loja não merece.
Fiz uma troca e a suposta gerente disse que a minha troca não valia mais o valor que foi pago no dia que a peça foi comprada. Que como estava na promoção, a troca sai pelo valor da promoção.
Só tenho uma coisa a dizer pra vc, gerentinha de baixada. Saí da sua lojinha escrota e fui direto no procom com um advogado pq o que vcs estão fazendo é CRIME!!!!!!

Store with poor service, people with bad will (including the manager) who act in bad faith with customers and still make fun of it.
I had to give 1 star to comment but the store doesn't deserve it.
I made an exchange and the alleged manager said that my exchange was no longer worth the amount that was paid the day the part was purchased. That as it was in the promotion, the exchange comes out for the value of the promotion.
I only have one thing to say to you, little download manager. I left your little shitty shop and went straight to the procom with a lawyer because what you guys are doing is CRIME!!!!!!
