★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma boa experiência fui trocar os pneus do meu carro, começou quando disseram que o carro estava com 2 rodas tortas e ofereceram o serviço de reparo, sai da oficina e fui na recepção em 5 min qdo voltei os pneus já estavam montados nas rodas, achei mto rápido para tornar 2 rodas, na sequência no alinhamento fui informado que seria necessário cambagem e me passaram o valor bem caro por sinal, qdo reclamei o técnico se sensibilizou e me ofereceu informar ser necessario somente 1 desde que eu pagasse um cafezinho a ele...qdo me revoltei e mandei finalizar o serviço e não fazer nada...paguei pelo feito e fui embora....passado uns 3 dias meu pneu traseiro começou a murchar, fui até o borracheiro que demorou a descobrir que o pneu não tinha furo e sim havia sido colocado sem ou com pouca cola e estava vazando pelas laterais da roda, ou seja, nem o básico fizeram!
Nunca mais volto a essa loja e recomendo a todos que prestem muita atenção.
I didn't have a good experience I went to change my car tires, it started when they said the car had 2 bent wheels and they offered the repair service, I left the workshop and went to reception in 5 min when I came back the tires were already mounted on the wheels , I found it very fast to make 2 wheels, after the alignment I was informed that camber would be necessary and they gave me the very expensive amount by the way, when I complained the technician was sensitized and offered to inform me that only 1 was needed as long as I paid a coffee to he... when I rebelled and ordered the service to be finished and nothing to be done... I paid for the deed and left.... after about 3 days my rear tire started to deflate, I went to the tire repairman who took a while to discover that the The tire had no puncture, but it had been placed without or with little glue and was leaking through the sides of the wheel, that is, not even the basics did!
I will never go back to this store again and recommend everyone to pay close attention.
