★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos nosso sofá na cor chumbo, veio danificado de fabrica, eles demoraram para resolver mais de 60 dias ao todo, fomos a loja algumas vezes demoravam para nos atender, ficavam de dar um retorno e no final nunca dava , quem no final tinha que ficar ligando e indo a loja era nós. E FINALMENTE quando veio o novo sofá, veio em cor diferente.
NÃO RECOMENDO PRA NINGUÉM, para vender super atenciosos, para resolver problemas dá um chá de espera em nós e no final não resolve. Só passei raiva e nervoso.
We bought our sofa in lead color, it was damaged from the factory, they took longer to resolve more than 60 days in all, we went to the store sometimes, it took them a while to answer us, they gave us feedback and in the end it never worked, who in the end had to stay calling and going to the store was us. AND FINALLY when the new sofa came, it came in a different color.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, to sell super attentive, to solve problems gives us a tea waiting and in the end does not solve. I just got angry and nervous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na compra é bom, normal . Pra vender tudo bem . Entrega ok. Produto bom. Mas precisando de suporte depois lascou. Só 90 dias de garantia . Precisei de um reforço numa costura e só porque passou de 90 dias (110 dias ) foi negado . Estão no direito deles, mas como consumidor sempre esperamos algo mais né .
The service in the purchase is good, normal. To sell everything well. Delivery ok. Good product. But needing support then chipped. Only 90 days warranty. I needed a reinforcement in a seam and just because it was over 90 days (110 days) was denied. They are in their right, but as a consumer we always expect something more right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um sofá disponível para pronta entrega na loja Mega Outlet do Sofá, na avenida Jundiaí, com o vendedor Robson e recebemos no dia 10/12/19.
No dia 27/02/20 entrei em contato com a loja para informar que um dos acentos e um dos encostos estavam fazendo bastante barulho. Os notifiquei dentro do prazo de 3 meses de garantia.
No dia 11/03/20 o técnico veio na minha casa e constatou o defeito de fábrica.
No dia 19/03/20 a Tairine entrou em contato comigo confirmando a troca no prazo máximo de 45 a 60 dias.
Inicialmente justificaram o atraso na troca devido a pandemia do COVID, entendi e concordei com o prazo de troca ser estendido.
No dia 02/07/20 a Tarine informou que o novo sofá para troca estava disponível na fábrica e que em breve receberíamos.
Não recebi nos prazos que ela informou, sempre vejo postagem no Instagram que eles tem disponível para entrega imediata o mesmo modelo, que sempre recebem na loja caminhões com produtos para entrega, e nada do meu sofá após meses!!!
Se eu não entro em contato e não os procuro, ninguém me passa uma informação verdadeira e precisa.
Não indico essa loja para ninguém, não cumprem com o que dizem, passam informações totalmente contraditórias, pós venda péssimo!!!!
Quero e estou aguardando a troca do meu sofá. É meu direito!!
We bought a sofa available for immediate delivery at the Mega Outlet do Sofa store, on Avenida Jundiaí, with the seller Robson and we received it on 10/12/19.
On 02/27/20 I contacted the store to inform that one of the seats and one of the backrests were making a lot of noise. I notified them within the 3-month warranty period.
On 11/03/20 the technician came to my house and found the factory defect.
On 03/19/20 Tairine contacted me confirming the exchange within 45 to 60 days.
Initially they justified the delay in the exchange due to the COVID pandemic, I understood and agreed with the exchange term to be extended.
On 07/02/20 Tarine informed that the new sofa for exchange was available at the factory and that we would soon receive it.
I didn't receive it within the deadlines that she informed me, I always see posts on Instagram that they have the same model available for immediate delivery, that they always receive trucks with products for delivery at the store, and nothing on my sofa after months !!!
If I don't get in touch and don't look for them, no one will give me true and accurate information.
I do not recommend this store to anyone, they do not comply with what they say, they pass totally contradictory information, terrible post-sale !!!!
I want and I am waiting for the exchange of my sofa. It's my right !!
