★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comunicação péssima! Agendamento de exame errado! Me mandaram para um prédio sem elevador e estou andando de muletas com problema no pé... Informações passadas erradas... Cheguei na clínica, o valor do exame ficou quase o triplo do informado por erro deles... foi uma experiência horrível!

Bad communication! Wrong exam scheduling! They sent me to a building without an elevator and I'm walking on crutches with a problem with my foot... Incorrect information... I arrived at the clinic, the cost of the exam was almost triple the amount informed by their mistake... it was a horrible experience!

I had a service !!!! Wonderful for the attendant HIGOR MARCELINO DE FREITAS a very polite and patient attendant sent up a route. With all the correct addresses and schedules. Acho engraçado que a pessoa abre uma clínica médica para cuidar de pessoas e não tem o mínimo de empatia.
Eu estava com minha irmã com o pé quebrado, falei com eles por WhatsApp, eles sequer me informaram o endereço correto de fazer raio x. Detalhe: a gente estava pagando hein?! Não era de graça não! Chegando lá, eles nos informam que era em outro lugar. Sorte e privilégio que estávamos de carro. Eu fico imaginando o tanto de pessoas mais humildes que eles fazem essas tramoia toda.
Pois bem, fomos para o outro endereço indicado e adivinhem: uma clínica sem elevadores, com uma escada gigante. Foi terrível e doloroso para minha irmã subir de muletas. E chegando na clínica indicada, a clínica nos informou que foi passado valor errado, ou seja, me cobraram mais dinheiro. Ao ligar na dr. exame, eles tiveram a coragem de dizer que eu me comuniquei errado. Que eu deveria saber o que eu preciso fazer de exame. COMO ASSIM? Eu entreguei o pedido médico para eles!!!! Eles têm que saber como anotar e agendar. Fora a falta de educação e empatia mais uma vez no telefone, falando com uma pessoa com dor, que subiu dezenas de degraus que ela que não sabe fazer as coisas.
Terrível. Não vá! Não economize R$ 10 com esse lugar! Procure outros!
Worst place in the world for someone sick.
I find it funny that the person opens a medical clinic to take care of people and has no empathy at all.
I was with my sister with a broken foot, I spoke to them through WhatsApp, they didn't even tell me the correct address for the x-ray. Detail: we were paying, huh?! It wasn't free! Once there, they inform us that it was somewhere else. Lucky and privileged that we were by car. I wonder how many more humble people they do all this stuff.
Well then, we went to the other address indicated and guess what: a clinic without elevators, with a giant staircase. It was terrible and painful for my sister to climb on crutches. And arriving at the indicated clinic, the clinic informed us that the wrong amount was given, that is, they charged me more money. By calling in dr. examination, they had the courage to say that I communicated wrongly. That I should know what exam I need to do. LIKE THIS? I delivered the medical order to them!!!! They have to know how to take notes and schedules. Besides the lack of politeness and empathy once again on the phone, talking to a person in pain, who climbed dozens of steps that she who doesn't know how to do things.
Terrible. Do not go! Don't save $10 with this place! Look for others!
