★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dar o devido atendimento ao cliente depois da compra, pois minha filha comprou um guarda-roupa e na montagem não fizeram direito, pois as portas que são de correr não fecha direito e já foi feita varias solicitações para virem ajeitar e só dizem que tal dia estar indo e tal dia não chega, ou seja, o atendimento depois da compra é ZERO TOTAL . jamais indicarei essa loja para outras pessoas, pelo contrario só terá as piores informações possível.
Mandarei minha filha tirar foto do guarda-roupa e anexar juntamente com uma foto da loja através do site e publicar no facebook para que as pessoas tomem conhecimento.
Do not give proper customer service after purchase, because my daughter bought a wardrobe and the assembly did not do right, because the doors that are sliding does not close properly and have already been made several requests to come fix and only say that day is going and such day is not enough, that is, the service after the purchase is ZERO TOTAL. I will never recommend this store to other people, otherwise you will only have the worst information possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já vai fazer um mês e que eles entregaram minha mercadoria e não veio montar, o pior de tudo é que eles colocaram na internet o número do telefone de outra empresa. Já procurei na nota fiscal o número para entrar em contato com ele mas infelizmente não tem.

Não era pra receber essas ligações de uma loja tão longe do meu estado. Resolvam isso por gentileza já estão me deixando com raiva com essas ligações chatas 24 horas por dia. Então parem, se não serei obrigada a tomar minhas providências.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários irresponsaveis, não cumprem o combinado. Comprei vários móveis dia 15 de Novembro e ainda não apareceram para fazer a montagem. Reclamei várias vezes, mas nem resposta dão. Se soubesse não teria comprado e nunca mais comprarei nada a esta empresa.
Irresponsible employees, do not meet the agreed. I bought a lot of furniture on November 15th and it hasn't appeared yet to make the assembly. I complained several times, but no answer give. If I had known I would not have bought and will never buy anything from this company.
