★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!!!! Paguei o total de um orçamento, sendo que um deles não fiz. Paguei por bloco, mas com a TC foi diagnosticado que teria que implantar. Pedi o ressarcimento do tratamento que não seria feito, tentaram me convencer a fazer na clínica, como não aceitei, depois de muita insistência, com quase 1 mês, tive o retorno com informação que a clínica só pagaria quase que a metade do valor. Como não aceitei não me deram mais nenhum retorno. Pago por um tratamento que não poderá ser feito e a clínica não devolve o meu valor. Uma falta de respeito com o paciente!!!!!!!!
Awful!!!!! I paid the full amount of a quote, one of which I didn't. I paid per block, but with the CT it was diagnosed that I would have to implant. I asked for reimbursement for the treatment that would not be done, they tried to convince me to do it at the clinic, as I did not accept, after much insistence, after almost 1 month, I had the return with information that the clinic would only pay almost half the amount. As I didn't accept, they didn't give me any more feedback. I pay for a treatment that cannot be done and the clinic does not refund my amount. A lack of respect for the patient!!!!!!!!
