★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento telefônico, na verdade o atendimento não tem como ser péssimo porque nem atender eles atendem. Só faço acompanhamento lá por conta do contrato ortodôntico que eu burramente fiz. Antes a responsável pela ortodontia respondia pelo whatsapp, porém faz mais de duas semanas que eu tento contato e nada. Graças a Deus cancelaram meu plano sem eu ao menos pedir e agora tenho dental bradesco .
Terrible phone service, in fact the service can not be too bad because they do not even cater. I only follow up there because of the orthodontic contract that I stupidly did. Before the person in charge of orthodontics answered for whatsapp, but for more than two weeks I try to contact and nothing. Thank God they canceled my plan without me at least asking and now I have dental bradesco.
