â â â â â Decepção define. Pouco respeito com pacientes agendados pra cirurgia. Procedimento marcado para as 12h30, quase 3 horas de atraso do mĂ©dico, sem nenhuma explicação. Um procedimento simples levou a tarde inteira por conta de atrasos. Deveriam ser mais transparentes.
 Disappointment defines. Little respect for patients scheduled for surgery. Procedure scheduled for 12:30, almost 3 hours late by the doctor, with no explanation. A simple procedure took the entire afternoon because of delays. They should be more transparent.

â â â â â Pessimo local, marca de 14 as 16 pra agendar uma cirurgia cheguei meia hora antes pra ser um dos primeiros e uma pessoa se chama Sabrina fica sĂł falando que ja vem atender, sendo que a gente tem outras coisas pra fazer e ficar esperando esse tempo todo, meu pai um senhor e cansado de ficar la esperando, nao tem um pingo de respeito pelas pessoas.
Terrible place, schedule from 2 pm to 4 pm to schedule a surgery I arrived half an hour early to be one of the first and a person called Sabrina just keeps saying that she's coming to see you, and we have other things to do and wait all this time , my father is a gentleman and tired of waiting there, he doesn't have a shred of respect for people.

â â â â â Fui nessa clĂnica quarta feira dia 27 de abril de 2022, fui atendida por uma tal de Sabrina, me informaram que tinha que falar com essa pessoa e entregar todos exames mais a realidade Ă© outra ela parecia perdida muito vaga nas explicaçÔes, bom perdi minha tarde e sai de sem informação nenhuma, na quinta pela manhĂŁ meu esposo ligou na tal clĂnica pra saber porque nĂŁo deram uma data e nĂŁo souberam explicar pegando o nĂșmero do telefone novamente na sexta no final do horĂĄrio me ligaram marcando minha cirurgia de catarata pro dia 07/07/2022 um absurdo mais de dois meses, estou com todos exames pre operatĂłrio e com todas autorizaçÔes, descaso total, nĂŁo estou enxergando nada do olho, isso Ă© um absurdo, vou denunciar pois tĂĄ pior que o SUS
PROBLEMA RESOLVIDO, FUI MUITO BEM ATENDIDA POR SABRINA CARNEIRO QUE FOI BEM SOLICITA E ANTECIPOU MINHA CIRURGIA, PRECISAMOS DE MAIS PESSOAS ASSIM QUE PROCURAM SE ATENTAR RESOLVER E TRATAR O PACIĂNCIA COM DELICADEZA AGRADEĂO A SABRINA CARNEIRO
I went to this clinic on Wednesday April 27, 2022, I was attended by a Sabrina, I was informed that I had to talk to this person and deliver all the exams but the reality is different she seemed lost very vague in the explanations, well I lost my afternoon and left without any information, on Thursday morning my husband called that clinic to find out why they didn't give a date and couldn't explain getting the phone number again on Friday at the end of the time they called me scheduling my cataract surgery for the 07th /07/2022 It's absurd for more than two months, I have all pre-op exams and all authorizations, total neglect, I can't see anything in the eye, this is absurd, I'm going to report it because it's worse than SUS
PROBLEM SOLVED, I WAS VERY WELL ATTENDED BY SABRINA CARNEIRO WHO WAS VERY REQUESTED AND ANTICIPATED MY SURGERY, WE NEED MORE PEOPLE AS SOON AS TRYING TO SOLVE AND TREAT PATIENCE WITH GENTLE THANKS TO SABRINA CARNEIRO
