★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me decepcionei muito com a empresa por visar somente a questão lucrativa deles. Fechei 4 dias de passeios, porém tive um acidente de percurso e precisei alterar a segunda data para poder me organizar e n perder a viagem (pedi apenas um dia de alteração enquanto me organizava e eles disseram que não tinham nada a ver com nenhum problema dos clientes, com essas palavras). Me cobraram uma multa por não ir naquele dia do passeio, sendo que estava avisando um dia antes, no horário que cheguei do passeio deles, pois ficamos sem internet pra conseguir avisar mais cedo (mesmo sem condições fomos no primeiro dia, e no segundo como ia sair cedo, precisávamos trocar dinheiro, pedi pra alterar e eles me aplicaram a multa).
No dia que fomos a Vinicula Alyan (17h) a van estava um forno de quente e todos os passageiros reclamaram no passeio disso, achei desumano.
Fizemos uma troca de passeio e nos cobraram uma diferença de valor, que somada com a multa dava 615,00. A pessoa que nos respondia no whats disse q poderíamos fazer o pix um dia antes do passeio alterado. Quando fizemos um passeio a Vina del mar, bem antes do prazo, fomos contados pelo guia pelo pagamento dos 615,00 dentro da Van, na frente de todos os passageiros. Nos sentimos muito constrangidos pq a forma que fomos cobrados parecia ser daquele passeio que estávamos fazendo, e não era.
 I was very disappointed with the company for aiming only at their profitable issue. I closed 4 days of tours, but I had an accident on the way and I had to change the second date to be able to organize myself and not miss the trip (I only asked for one day of change while organizing and they said it had nothing to do with any customer problems , with these words). They charged me a fine for not going on that day of the tour, and I was warning the day before, at the time I arrived from their tour, because we had no internet to be able to warn earlier (even without conditions we went on the first day, and on the second as I was going to leave early, we needed to change money, I asked to change it and they fined me).
On the day we went to Vinicula Alyan (5pm) the van was hot and all the passengers on the tour complained about it, I found it inhumane.
We changed the tour and were charged a difference in value, which added to the fine was 615.00. The person who answered us on whats said that we could pix the day before the tour changed. When we took a tour to Vina del Mar, well before the deadline, we were told by the guide for the payment of 615.00 inside the Van, in front of all passengers. We felt very embarrassed because the way we were charged seemed to be from that tour we were taking, and it wasn't.
