Fui extremamente maltratada pelo meu agente de viagens, que nem tentou abrir uma tratativa, não tentou ajudar em nada. Falou que eu tinha assinado e que era aquilo. Quando farei novamente algo com eles? NUNCA! Não é pelo dinheiro mas pela forma de falar, tratar e tentar ajudar. Mesmo que não desse certo ele poderia pelo menos ter tentando mudar o trecho, adiar, tentar alguma coisa. Mas ele simplesmente disse: Se não der para viajar os dois, viaja sozinha!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa CVC em si , muita boa foi dada toda atenção possível para que tivéssemos um bom aproveitamento do passeio , desde a compra da passagem até o final do passeio foi bom , só fica uma reclamação os responsáveis pelos transporte aério ,digo os responsáveis na hora de colocar os passageiros cada um em seu lugar com se devido número, portanto isso não aconteceu , foram colocando ou foram sentando em qualquer lugar sem mais ou nem menos , quando fui sentar no meu número junto com minha esposa , as poltronas já estavam ocupadas , falei com a aeromoça e também o piloto e fizeram piadinhas com minha cara ainda , foi um transtorno muito grande para eu e minha esposa viajar juntos ao lado do outro , por fim depois de muita descusao eles remanejaram alguns passageiros para eu e minha esposa viajar juntos , este avião parecia até um pau de arara do nordeste , tudo mundo faz o que bem quer e ninguém fala nada , tá de brincadeira essa empresa aeria, muita falta de organização .boa tarde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima agência, comprei um pacote para Jericoacara, minha acompanhante sendo minha mãe de 63 anos com deficiencia de mobilidade, no ato da compra eles informam que há dois horarios de saida do aeroporto, tenho audio que comprova, chegando aqui, querem me obrigar aguardar até ás 16:00 hrs um translado que chega no destino somente ás 16:00 hrs, sai de SP ás 07:10, chegamos ás 10:48 e eles ainda querem que eu me vire com a solução.
