★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando 3 estrelas levando em consideração as atendentes, que pra mim elas sim merecem 5estrelas.
Educadas e ofereceram um ótimo atendimento.
Já a organização em si deixa a desejar , começando por um sistema que não funciona direito , vive caindo, sendo assim não dando condições dos funcionários trabalharem de forma mais ágil, o prédio parece que tá "abandonado" cheio de infiltrações, ar-condicionados aparentavam estarem sujos.
A entrada não fica de frete para o prédio que no caso existe uma rampa de acesso pra cadeirante, mais a porta da frente é fechada, sendo assim fazendo com oque a pessoas entrem pelo portão por onde passam os carros para vistoria.
Mais acredito que dá pra melhorar, organizando as questões das senhas, pq se o sistema não está bom seria melhor colocar um número X's de senhas pra poder conseguir atender as pessoas com qualidade, e não deixando ninguém na mão.
Como eu vi que teve pessoas que viajaram do interior do estado pra resolver essa questão da habilitação e não conseguiram . E nem as pessoas do próprio município e regiões adjacentes.
Obs: Meu agendamento estava marcado para 13:33, fui atendido 16:50.

Polite and provided great service.
The organization itself leaves something to be desired, starting with a system that doesn't work properly, keeps falling down, thus not allowing employees to work more quickly, the building seems to be "abandoned" full of infiltrations, air conditioning seemed be dirty.
The entrance is not free to the building, which in this case there is an access ramp for wheelchair users, but the front door is closed, thus causing people to enter through the gate where cars pass for inspection.
But I believe that you can improve, organizing the password issues, because if the system is not good, it would be better to put an X number of passwords to be able to serve people with quality, and not leaving anyone in hand.
As I saw that there were people who traveled from the interior of the state to solve this issue of license and were not able to. And neither do the people of the municipality itself and adjacent regions.
Note: My appointment was scheduled for 1:33 pm, I was attended at 4:50 pm.
