Fui no dia 17/11/2021 questionar sobre o orçamento do conserto da minha impressora, pois o laudo era demasiadamente genérico: manutenção e limpeza do cabeçote via computador.
Interrogado, o funcionário marrentinho e tatuado me deu uma resposta atravessada, dizendo que o técnico sabia mais do que eu e me acusando de querer diminuir o trabalho dos outros, sendo que solicitei apenas que me informassem no que consistia a manutenção, dado que a limpeza qualquer um sabe fazer, é só apertar 2 botões.
Foi um desperdício do meu tempo e dinheiro, que aliás, o sabidão deve achar que nasce em árvore, pois cobrou 250 para fazer a dita limpeza.
Não volto nunca mais.
I received a bad service.
On 11/17/2021 I went to ask about my printer's repair budget, as the report was too generic: maintenance and cleaning of the head via computer.
When questioned, the marrentinho and tattooed employee gave me a cross answer, saying that the technician knew more than I did and accusing me of wanting to reduce the work of others, and I just asked them to tell me what maintenance consisted of, given that cleaning anyone can do it, just press 2 buttons.
It was a waste of my time and money, which by the way, the wise one must think it grows on a tree, as it charged 250 to do the said cleaning.
I'm never coming back.
