★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa loja, porém um pouco burocrática. Não aceita pagamento no débito, não consegue fazer antecipação de parcela, precisa ser ligado na central. Fiz isso e no dia seguinte fui na loja, a antecipação não estava disponível no sistema, tive que ligar novamente... Da pra repensar e melhorar/ adequar esse lado otimizando tempo das pessoas ?
Good store, but a little bureaucratic. Does not accept payment in debit, can not make advance payment, needs to be connected at the central. I did it and the next day I went to the store, the anticipation was not available in the system, I had to call again ... Da to rethink and improve / adjust this side optimizing people's time ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei algumas vezes lá, então tenho que dizer que é um bom lugar para comprar. Mas me incomodou ter que ir até a loja (e pagar estacionamento) cada vez que tinha que pagar uma prestação. Fiquei incomodado também por ficarem cobrando, inclusive ameaçando com restrição de nome, sendo que eu já pagara a prestação. Não gostei. Acho que precisam melhorar o sistema de informações internas.
I bought it a few times there, so I have to say that it is a good place to buy. But it bothered me that I had to go to the store (and pay for parking) every time I had to pay a installment. I was also bothered by being charged, even threatening with name restrictions, since I had already paid the installment. Did not like. I think they need to improve the internal information system.
