★ ★ ★ ★ ★ realmente o atendimento por telefone foi péssimo, sem informação de alguém de vendas, pois não tinham como passar qualquer informação de como proceder, pois indo direto também não atenderiam...o gozado que a informação da mídia deles é que atendem também residências mas não foi o que constatei...não recomendo esta empresa.

Atendido ruim, sem dar retorno referente a prazos, atrasaram mais de uma semana a entrega.
Instalação mal feita, deixaram uma metade da bancada completamente fora de prumo, todos os caimentos levam para o lado errado e o rejunte completamente mal feito, já com varios pontos de vazamento na bancada.
Terrible from start to finish.
Poor service, without giving feedback regarding deadlines, delayed delivery by more than a week.
Poor installation, left half of the workbench completely out of plumb, all the trim leads to the wrong side and the grout is completely badly done, already with several leakage points on the workbench.

Depois recebo a resposta que a empresa não atende projetos particulares.
Pior atendimento que já vi.
