★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior marmoraria de Taboão da Serra!! Atendimento péssimo, muito mal educados, não sabem tratar com o cliente…se acham os donos da razão sem contar que o trabalho é ruim demaissss!! Quebram minha cozinha no lugar errado, estragaram o meu revestimento, fizeram faltando um pedaço, nada como o combinado!! ZEROOOO ESTRELAS!! ??
Worst marble work in Taboão da Serra!! Terrible service, very rude, they don't know how to deal with the client…they think they're the owners of the reason, not to mention that the work is toossssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssSTiTLes they are the owners of the reason. They broke my kitchen in the wrong place, ruined my coating, made a piece missing, nothing like what was agreed!! ZEROOOO STARS!! ??

Minha esposa ficava praticamente se humilhando para responder ela no Whatsapp... houve tbm um acaso muito chato, furaram o Cano de gás, negociamos o prejuízo é ficou metade para as duas partes, até então beleza, o prestador (esposo da dona) foi passar o ocorrido para ela, e não tivemos nenhuma mensagem de retorno, entramos em contato e tudo mais, até então ok. Na negociação de executar o trabalho que não foi feito no dia, por conta do furo, a empresa especificou que nao teria data disponível, que a mais próxima seria dia 04.05.2021, isso no dia 22.12.2020 se eu não me engano, minha esposa falou que precisava o quanto antes, se eles teriam algo a fazer por ela, e ela falou que só teria dia 04. Minha esposa optou por pagar o prejuízo completo, falou que não precisaria da outra metade, aí a dona arrumou uma vaga no dia seguinte... enfim, profissionais assim é difícil, perderem umas 5 indicações, mas enfim...

In the negotiation of carrying out the work that was not done on the day, due to the bore, the company specified that there would be no date available, that the closest would be on 04.05.2021, that on 22.12.2020 if I am not mistaken, my wife said she needed it as soon as possible, if they would have something to do for her, and she said she would only have the 4th. My wife chose to pay the full loss, she said she wouldn't need the other half, then the owner got a place in the next day ... anyway, professionals like that are hard, losing about 5 referrals, but anyway ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma pena que não dá pra avaliar com ZERO estrelas, porque de fato é o que merecem. Atendimento horrendo, a atendente ( Que nem soube o nome ) Se acha dona da razão. Me enviou uma peça antes da minha confirmação e ainda queria que pagasse ! Literalmente péssimos, desorganizados e o trabalho em si não compensa o estresse que a gente passa tentando conversar com eles.
It's a shame that you can't rate it with ZERO stars, because in fact it's what they deserve. Horrendous service, the attendant (who didn't even know the name) thinks she is the owner of reason. Sent me a piece before my confirmation and still wanted me to pay! Literally awful, disorganized and the work itself doesn't make up for the stress we go through trying to talk to them.
