★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, depois de 10 dias pedindo agendamento de serviço não fui atendido e a opção foi procurar outro fornecedor.; criandome um enorme problema para a minha obra. Não recomendo de nenhuma maneira estes serviços. Desorganizados e incompetentes. Simplesmente lamentável.

E eu pagando o dia dos pedreiros na minha casa a MARMORARIA PEDREIRA simplesmente devolveu meus pisos sem realizar o serviço !! E ainda fui tratado com desrespeito !! Essa MARMORARIA PEDREIRA não tem profissionalismo !! Não sabe fidelizar o cliente !! Não tem palavra !! NÃO RECOMENDO !! Quer ter dor de cabeça ?? Vai lá fazer serviço de qualquer espécie com eles que você vai comprovar o que estou dizendo !! Questão de tempo para eles falirem

Porém, a colocação das pedras foi péssima, não ficou 100% legal, tiver que ligar para vir refazer e mesmo assim não adiantou muito.
Sem falar na tal de Alessandra que eu nem sei o que ela é , se é gerente dona, enfim super mal educada, sem nenhuma postura para falar com um cliente. Os preços são ótimos, mas a dor de cabeça que se tem não vale apena, não recomendo em hipótese alguma, paguem um pouco a mais em outra marmoraria e fique feliz do que ficar frustrado com o resultado final.
Lucas's service was super good.
However, the placement of the stones was terrible, was not 100% legal, have to call to come redo and even then did not help much.
Not to mention the Alessandra that I do not even know what she is, if it is manager mistress, at the end super badly educated, without any posture to speak with a client. The prices are great, but the headache you have is not worth it, do not recommend it at all, pay a little extra in another marble and be happy than to be frustrated with the final result.

Realizamos nossas pedras com essa empresa que deixou um serviço inacabado, não lixaram a pedra do banheiro, sempre que vou pegar algo no gabinete me machuco, cansei de ligar solicitando o reparo e falavam que iriam agendar o serviço e só foi passando o tempo e agora vem dizer que não tem mais GARATANTIA? OI que garantia precisa para um serviço SUJO! mal feito? Absurdo a resposta dessa empresa e para piorar deixaram uma madeiram que acumula agua e solta outra agua amarela, manchando todo meu piso e vaso. DESCASO com o cliente!
