 I'm a furniture assembler, and I always need this store because I do small maintenance and repairs and I found quality service there, a team always willing to serve well, I recommend it.

O pessoal de logística são excelente. Sempre fui bem atendido e recepcionado por todos, e como em todo ramo de atividade não existe perfeição, seria omisso não dizer que já tive problemas, mas é aí que entra a satisfação do cliente quando você vê que seu problema é resolvido imediatamente e assim não fica a impressão de descaso como em alguns lugares que já fiz projeto, sem contar a estrutura, preço e prazo que eles tem. Só agradeço pela melhoria contínua do processo, pois sempre serei um fiel cliente de vocês. Parabéns por crescerem e que continuem…..Super recomendo!!!?????
Without words, I've been working with DM for many years when Ale was still a salesman and Cris was a manager….I've been cared for by Renan, a great salesman, always helpful and meticulous. The logistics staff are excellent. I've always been well attended and welcomed by everyone, and as there is no perfection in every industry, it would be remiss not to say that I've already had problems, but that's where customer satisfaction comes in when you see that your problem is solved immediately and so it doesn't there is the impression of neglect, as in some places where I have already done a project, not to mention the structure, price and deadline they have. I just thank you for the continuous improvement of the process, as I will always be a loyal customer of yours. Congratulations on growing and continue…..I highly recommend it!!!?????

What to say about this place? By far one of the greatest partners I've found for my projects. Attentive salespeople willing to help, always clear with product specifications and suggesting better use to always have good value for money.

E foi por isso que voltei e fechei com a Disk Madeiras. Poderia ter ido há outro lugar, mas o atendimento me fez voltar. Felipe foi quem me atendeu. Toda a loja deveria seguir seu exemplo.

With patience and wanting to help was the way I was treated at the Brás unit. Excellent service. Focus on the customer and not just on completing the sale right away. And that's why I came back and closed with Disk Madeiras. I could have gone elsewhere, but the service made me come back. Felipe was the one who answered me. The entire store should follow suit.
