★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O profissional Érick prestou um serviço de excelência. Mesmo eu sendo leigo , teve paciência e fez questão de me explicar os possíveis novos riscos se eu não mexer na fiação. Coisa que a empresa anterior que fiz orçamento (autorizada fischer) , nem comentou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já utilizei os serviços desta empresa outra vez e foi tudo ótimo, mais desta vez o técnico não solucionou o problema na primeira visita, trocou uma peça da geladeira e pediu para deixar desligada por 24h, na sexta feira ao ligar a geladeira, o problema persiste, após diversas tentativas, foi agendado nova visita para o sábado, o técnico não apareceu, por ser feriado na terça, só consegui contato na quarta, me prometeram visita do técnico entre 18h e 20h, e aqui estou eu, às 20:15h escrevendo minha experiência. Depois de muito esperar recebi o técnico que informa que o defeito é no motoventilador e que esta peça é simples, no outro dia recebi um orçamento de 700 reais, paguei 50% para compra da peça, no outro dia recebo a informação que a peça esta em falta e só chegaria em fevereiro. Solicitei a devolução da minha peça e do valor…ai se vai mais uma semana, na visita o técnico informa que em dezembro terão a peça completa pelo valor de R$1400,00. Com a peça em mãos comprei a peça completa na gelomaq por R$500,00, incríveis 900 reias a menos, eu mesmo fiz a instalação e a geladeira está funcionando normalmente. Sem contar que a água não estava saindo e o técnico não deu atenção…consultei um video no YouTube e tb fiz o reparo.
I have already used the services of this company again and everything was great, but this time the technician did not solve the problem on the first visit, he changed a part of the refrigerator and asked to leave it turned off for 24 hours, on Friday when the refrigerator was turned on, the problem persists , after several attempts, a new visit was scheduled for Saturday, the technician did not show up, as it was a holiday on Tuesday, I only got contact on Wednesday, I was promised a visit by the technician between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and here I am, at 8:15 pm writing my experience. After a long wait I received the technician who informs that the defect is in the motor fan and that this part is simple, the other day I received a quote of 700 reais, I paid 50% to purchase the part, the other day I receive the information that the part is missing and would only arrive in February. I asked for the return of my part and the value… then it's another week, during the visit the technician informs that in December they will have the complete part for the value of R$1400.00. With the part in hand, I bought the complete part at gelomaq for R$500.00, an incredible 900 reis less, I did the installation myself and the refrigerator is working normally. Not to mention that the water wasn't coming out and the technician didn't pay attention…I consulted a video on YouTube and I also did the repair.

The service performed on my Weber grill was impeccable. DK changed parts, did cleaning and maintenance and even installed a system for lighting the socket. I got a new grill!!!!

Fizeram a manutenção da minha Coifa Eletromec e colocaram um suporte da lampada de borracha que derreteu aos primeiros usos, estou desde o dia 05 de janeiro tentando que o tecnico vá a minha casa e nada ! Sem contar que para entregarem a coifa arrumada também não cumpriram o prazo! Toda vez que marcam arrumam uma desculpa e não vão ! Sem contar uma grelha para o fogão que eu comprei com eles e nunca me entregaram ... me devolveram o valor pago pela grelha depois de muita briga essa semana, quase 40 dias depois de reclamado. Estou no aguardo da solução da coifa ainda !
Bad service! Run away from this company! They did the maintenance of my Electromec Coifa and put a rubber bulb support that melted at the first uses, I've been trying since January 5th trying to get the technician to go to my house and nothing! Not to mention that they didn't meet the deadline to deliver the tidy hood either! Every time they book, they make an excuse and don't go! Not to mention a grill for the stove that I bought from them and they never delivered to me... they refunded me the amount I paid for the grill after a lot of fighting this week, almost 40 days after I complained. I'm still waiting for the hood solution!
