★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar aqui minha experiência. Levei o Ozzy para o primeiro banho e tosa dele. Ele tem quase 4 meses, ou seja é um bebê. A Gisele, responsável por cuidar dele, foi maravilhosa!!! Pois ele é muito agitado e ela teve toda paciência do mundo com ele!!! Eu recomendo e muito pois o atendimento é simplesmente maravilhoso!!!
 I would like to leave my experience here. I took Ozzy to his first shower and groomed him. He is almost 4 months old, meaning he is a baby. Gisele, responsible for taking care of him, was wonderful !!! Because he is very agitated and she had all the patience in the world with him !!! I highly recommend it because the service is simply wonderful !!!

Marquei o banho da minha cachorra as 8:15, sai de casa com ela andando e cheguei lá por volta das 8:22. Para minha surpresa, as funcionárias estavam sentadas na calçada e me informaram que estavam sem energia, e que não poderiam atendê-la, mas que haviam tentado entrar em contato comigo.
Meu celular tinha ficado em casa, recebi uma mensagem da DocG as 8:20, me informando sobre o ocorrido.
O que eu esperava de uma situação dessa é que me avisassem com mais antecedência do que estava acontecendo, obviamente eu entenderia. Mas a impressão que ficou pra mim agora é: se numa situação dessa, a empresa não oferece estrutura para as funcionárias, quem dirá para minha cachorra?
I've had positive experiences at DocG, but today I had one that surprised me a lot, and negatively. I booked my dog's bath at 8:15, I left the house with her walking and got there around 8:22. To my surprise, the employees were sitting on the sidewalk and informed me that they were out of energy and that they couldn't answer it, but that they had tried to get in touch with me.
My cell phone had been at home, I received a message from DocG at 8:20, informing me about what had happened.
What I expected from a situation like this is that they would let me know in advance of what was happening, obviously I would understand. But the impression that was left for me now is: if in a situation like this, the company does not offer structure for the employees, who will say to my dog?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo levar a Frida para tomar banho. Horário marcado, banho e tosa como vc pede. Tudo feito com calma e conforto pro seu pet, afinal eles merecem tudo. Perfuminhos super gostosos!. As meninas são mega simpaticas.
I love taking Frida to shower. Appointment, bath and tosa as you ask. All done calmly and comfortably for your pet, after all they deserve everything. Super yummy perfumes!. The girls are super nice.

Eles deram um desconto quando ficaram sabendo que o dog havia sido adotado e atenderam super bem, foram atenciosos e cuidaram com muito carinho. Se desejar pode acompanhar o banho e tosa. Tinha outros animais tomando banho e deu para perceber que gostam dos pets como se fossem deles. Valeu a pena. Recomendo.
