Já levei a Olivia em muitos pets mas esse foi de longe o melhor, a cachorra ficou tão cheirosa que da pra sentir de longe o cheirinho. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo meu cachorro ficar 4 horas preso na gaiola... um descaso total com meu bichinho.. fora que eles são super mal educados , e ainda não fizeram nada com ele fui buscar achando que estava pronto nem banho tinha tomado descaso total e se quisesse espera mais se lá a a má vontade delas em cuida do meu cachorros Fiquei 3 dias para marcar a atendente fica perguntando o nome de quem me atendeu da ultima vez, pensei que era bom por causa de uma indicação que tive, eles estão se achando ... nunca mais levo descasobtotal atendimento só.pta quem elas quer não pedi serviço de graça arrependimento total

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi pessima na ultima sexta feira dia 04/03 levei minha pet ate esse lugar alem de ter ficado mais de 04 hs para entregar ainda a mesma chegou com olho inchado houve uma consideravel piora na dom aonde ontem a veterinaria constatou atraves de relatorio medico haver um edema no olho direito agora ninguem quer se responsabilizar pelo tratamento um absurdo.

Minha cachorra tinha horário às 11h30 de sábado, dia 18, marcado com uma semana de antecedência, e no dia falaram que não tinha horário marcado e ainda perguntaram quem tinha atendido quando ligamos. As moças são totalmente despreparadas. Nunca levem seus animais para lá, vai ser dinheiro jogado no lixo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi pessima, liguei dia 13 para marcar banho e tosa da minha cachorra, marcaram para o sábado, dia 18. Chegando lá disseram que eu não havia marcado, me trataram como se eu fosse uma.mentirosa. me senti pessima. Ficaram fazendo caras e bocas de pouco caso, como se eu fosse uma pessoa leviana, olharam para a minha cadeia com desprezo. Me mostraram a agenda, lá tinha o meu nome, mas disseram que não era eu. Foi uma experiência muito triste. São pessoas que não sabem lidar com o publico. Então será que sabem lidar com os animais? Eu não indico esse lugar para ninguém. O que acharam? Que eu fui lá sem marcar hora? Que gente estranha!!!
My experience was terrible, I called on the 13th to schedule a bath and grooming of my dog, they made an appointment for Saturday, the 18th. When they arrived they said I hadn't made an appointment, they treated me as if I were a liar. I felt terrible. They kept making faces and mouths of contempt, as if I were a frivolous person, they looked at my jail with contempt. They showed me the diary, it had my name on it, but they said it wasn't me. It was a very sad experience. These are people who don't know how to deal with the public. So do they know how to deal with animals? I don't recommend this place to anyone. What did you think?
