Eles são super honestos pq se fosse outros colocaria defeito até onde não tem . Estão de parabéns!

O atendimento foi muito bom, com o tempo de revisão adequado e o resultado excelente. Prezam pela entrega com qualidade e aplicaram um preço justo. A bike ficou como se tivesse tirado da loja.
Acredito que localização deva desmotivar as pessoas, mas o atendimento é rápido e ainda tem o serviço de leva-e-traz. Logo, mesmo com o custo adicional, compensa, se levarmos em conta a qualidade do serviço e o preço equivalente cobrado pelas lojas similares na região da Barra da Tijuca.

I believe location should demotivate people, but service is fast and still has the back and forth service. Therefore, even with the additional cost, it pays if we consider the quality of service and the equivalent price charged by similar stores in the Barra da Tijuca region.

Minha bicicleta ficou parada durante um bom tempo. Recentemente, levei em um outro lugar para fazer uma revisão geral, paguei R$130,00 reais e a única coisa que fizeram foi trocar o cabo do freio, nem uma verificada no pneu, nenhuma orientação que o pneu estava ressecado e poderia me deixar na mão a qualquer momento.
Vim para o trabalho de bicicleta e a câmara estourou, o pneu estava super ressecado, abriu todo, entrei em desespero, como ia chegar no trabalho e como voltar?
Até que descobri a Doctor Bike!! Eles me salvaram - literalmente -, vieram até meu local de trabalho, trocaram a câmara e o pneu por um preço super justo!
O atendimento, nem se fala. Super atenciosos, rápidos na resposta e na execução do serviço.
Entrei em contato com eles, mandei foto do pneu, recebi o orçamento e fechei.
Dei o ok era exatamente 11:50, às 12:22, o senhor Jair já estava aqui realizando a troca. Inclusive o rapaz é ótimo, super atencioso, simpático, educado.
Depois disso ainda recebi uma ligação perguntando se tudo tinha dado certo e que se eu precisasse de mais alguma coisa, poderia contar com eles.
Enfim, indico com tranquilidade e sei que se eu precisar futuramente, posso contar com eles.

My bike was stopped for a long time. Recently, I took it to another place for a general overhaul, I paid R$130.00 reais and the only thing they did was change the brake cable, not even a check on the tire, no guidance that the tire was dry and could leave me in the hand at any time.
I came to work by bicycle and the tube blew, the tire was super dry, it opened all the way, I was in despair, how was I going to get to work and how to get back?
Until I discovered Doctor Bike!! They saved me - literally - came to my place of work, changed the tube and tire for a super fair price!
The service, don't even talk. Super attentive, quick to respond and deliver the service.
I contacted them, sent a photo of the tire, received the quote and closed it.
I gave the ok it was exactly 11:50, at 12:22, Mr. Jair was already here making the exchange. Even the guy is great, super attentive, friendly, polite.
After that I still got a call asking if everything had gone well and that if I needed anything else, I could count on them.
Anyway, I indicate it calmly and I know that if I need it in the future, I can count on them.
