Cheguei na loja mostrando o problema da bike, o mecânico "Flavio", disse que o que tinha de errado era a Caixa da bike que estava ruim, me cobrou um valor de 80 reais pra trocar, e a câmara de ar do pneu traseiro estava furada, então pedi para que trocasse ela também. Tudo deu 105 reais, mas ele me deu um desconto de 5 reais, até aí tudo bem, eu tinha gostado do atendimento e, na hora que eu estava sendo atendido, o Flavio estava tendo um problema com a impressora e o pc(a impressora não estava funcionando), e ele perguntou se eu tinha conhecimento sobre e eu tentei ajudar ele e identifiquei o problema e avisei pra ele, ajudei de bom grado. A bike ficou pronta no mesmo dia e eu fui lá buscar, paguei e me deram uma notinha. A bike parecia estar mt boa, a moça(acho que era esposa do flavio) tinha dito q se desse algum problema poderia voltar na loja. Voltei com a bike pra casa e agradeci pelo trabalho bem feito, só que depois de 1 semana a parte que tinha sido trocada começou a fazer barulho e dar umas travada(cara de que ia estragar de novo já já), fiquei andando com a bike assim por 2 semanas, depois eu notifiquei pelo whatsapp que tinha dado problema na peça que trocaram, me pediram pra levar na oficina, e dps de 7 dias com a bike parada eu decidi levar lá, até pq a câmara de ar do pneu da frente tinha furado agr, então eu aproveitei pra falar do problema e trocar a câmara de ar, só que quando eu reclamei sobre a caixa que estava ruim de novo, o rapaz que estava lá atendendo tinha dito que o problema era o pedivela agora?, eu percebi que tava sendo enrolado e pedi pra trocar só a câmara de ar, pq eu precisava pra voltar pra casa, troquei a câmara de ar, o rapaz que tinha feito a troca, nem sequer encheu o pneu direito, me entregou a bike com o pneu vazio, eu tive que ir no posto do lado calibrar?, enfim, na hora do pagamento a pessoa não tinha nem troco... Fica aqui meu relato e meu descontentamento, levei minha bike em um lugar mais em "conta" e o barato saiu caro(aborrecimento e aquela sensação de que foi enganado)... Nunca mais voltarei na loja, nem pra resolver esse problema, não vale a dor de cabeça... Espero que um dia vcs levem a sério o trabalho de vcs.

I returned home with the bike and thanked me for the job well done, but after 1 week the part that had been changed started to make noise and crash (I was going to ruin it again already), I kept walking with the bike so for 2 weeks, then i notified via whatsapp that there was a problem with the part they exchanged, i was asked to take it to the workshop, and dps of 7 days with the bike stopped i decided to take it there, even because the inner tube of the tire it had a hole in the agr, so I took the opportunity to talk about the problem and change the air chamber, but when I complained about the box that was bad again, the guy who was there working had said that the problem was the crankshaft now?, I I realized that I was being rolled up and I asked to change only the tube, because I needed to go home, I changed the tube, the guy who had made the change, didn't even inflate the right tire, he handed me the bike with the flat tire, I had to go to the gas station next to it to calibrate it, finally, at the time of payment, The person didn't even have change... Here's my story and my discontent, I took my bike to a more "cheap" place and the cheap cost was expensive (annoyance and that feeling that I was cheated)... I'll never go back to the store , not even to solve this problem, it's not worth the headache... I hope that one day you guys take your work seriously.
