★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Comprei um sofá de R$1.200 à vista, sábado, dia 07.03.2020. O sofá chegou a minha casa na terça feira, super mal acabado, mal costurado, com as linhas e os pontos das almofadas à mostra e com linhas azuis de cor diferente da do sofá q era caramelo. Os pés de picolé não apoiavam direito no chão. Fui à loja hoje, 11.03.2020 pedir solicitar o cancelamento da compra. .Disseram q o dono da loja não estava lá, voltarei amanhã, dia 12.03.2020.Deixei com o vendedor as 2 almofadas de prova.Estou muito arrependida, espero que tenham respeito comigo e me devolvam meu dinheiro.
Voltei à loja no dia 12.03.2020, as 13h. Conversei com o dono, o sr. Tarcísio falando dos erros do sofá q foram: 1. Almofadas super mal costuradas; 2. Fiapos em todo o sofá; 3. Os pés do sofá desiguais; 4. As almofadas mal cortadas e sem encaixarem no design do sofá; 5. O forró debaixo do sofá q rasgou na hora q montaram o sofá e o deitaram de forma brusca. O dono da loja pediu q eu não cancelasse a compra e lhe desde a oportunidade de me entregar o sofá sem defeitos e conferido por ele. O mesmo me ofereceu um desconto e eu aceitei a proposta na condição de que se o sofá não viesse perfeito, meu dinheiro seria devolvido. Estou aguardando o mesmo me entregar o sofá.
Liguei pra loja, hoje, dia 17.03.2020, às 14h , e disseram q o sofá será entregue ainda no dia 28 de março. Ou seja, além de passar por um constrangimento desse, ainda vou esperar quase um mês após a compra pra ter o sofá na minha casa.
Terrible! I bought a sofa for R $ 1,200 in cash, Saturday, 07.03.2020. I returned to the store on March 12, 2020, at 1 pm. I talked to the owner, mr. Tarcísio talking about the sofa's mistakes q were: 1. Super badly stitched pillows; 2. Lint throughout the sofa; 3. The uneven sofa feet; 4. The pillows badly cut and without fitting the sofa design; 5. The forró under the sofa which tore at the time q set up the sofa and laid it down abruptly. The store owner asked me not to cancel the purchase and gave him the opportunity to give me the sofa without defects and checked by him. He offered me a discount and I accepted the offer on the condition that if the sofa didn't come out perfect, my money would be returned. I am waiting for the same to hand me the sofa.
I called the store today, 17.03.2020, at 14h, and said that the sofa will be delivered still on 28 March. That is, in addition to experiencing such an embarrassment, I will still wait almost a month after the purchase to have the sofa at my house.
