★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei lá mais a última vez foi decepcionante. O entregador entregou o buquê pro porteiro em vez de subir e entregar em mãos, sendo que no meu prédio é permitido se altorizado pelo morador. O buquê de rosas tinham varias flores com pétalas queimadas.
 I always bought there the last time it was disappointing. The delivery man delivered the bouquet to the doorman instead of going up and handing it over, and in my building it is allowed to be elevated by the resident. The bouquet of roses had several flowers with burnt petals.

Encomendei as flores as 3h da tarde no dia do aniversário e me esqueci de colocar o número do apartamento; eles acharam uma forma de entrar em contato comigo e fizeram a entrega no mesmo dia, antes das 18h!! Fiquei muito impressionada com o serviço e minha amiga amou as flores!
I live in the USA and it was the birthday of a friend of mine from Ribeirão, I really wanted to send flowers! I ordered the flowers at 3pm on the birthday and forgot to put the apartment number; they found a way to contact me and delivered the same day before 6pm !! I was very impressed with the service and my friend loved the flowers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bem indicada, bem localizada, com preços não tão acessíveis assim, e ainda mandam entregador entregarem 1:30 antes do combinado e muito bem falado que não poderia acontecer. Fazendo com que assim estrague a surpresa para um dia dos namorados... referente às flores, tudo muito bonito, exceto o tamanho dos girassóis muito pequeno... Mais precisam melhorar questão de horário...
