★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido no dia 2, a arte foi aprovada no dia 4, hoje dia 15/01/2018 liguei na loja que já efetuei 90% do pagamento por minha decisão visando uma entrega rápida, fui informado que por um erro de logística os meus cartões de visita foram entregues na loja de outra cidade e só vai chegar amanha vencendo o prometido do prazo máximo de entrega de 7 dias úteis.
I placed the order on the 2nd, the art was approved on the 4th, today 01/15/2018 I called the store that already made 90% of the payment for my decision aiming at a quick delivery, I was informed that due to a logistical error my business cards were delivered to the store in another city and will not arrive until tomorrow, due to the promised delivery deadline of 7 working days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, na loja do Gonzaga a atendente foi grossa e mal educada, solicitamos um material com 10 dias de antecedência, pagamos integralmente no ato da solicitação e na data de entrega, somente após entrarmos em contato, soubemos que não ficaria pronto.
Descaso total.
Poor service, at Gonzaga's store the attendant was thick and rude, we requested material 10 days in advance, we paid in full at the time of the request and on the delivery date, only after we got in touch, we knew it wouldn't be ready.
Total neglect.

Totally unprepared. We sent files in standard formats to a 'graphics' (vectors, .AI, .PDF) the attendant said that the files were converted by herself in her e-mail and on the delivery date of the material she said they were unable to open the files.
