★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei minha consulta com a endocrinologista Dra. Ana Luiza é um amor de pessoa, atenciosa e explica tudo bem direitinho! O atendimento da clínica é bom, só precisa melhorar quanto a demora pra solicitar exames, fiquei muito tempo esperando e só tinha duas recepcionistas atentendo.
 I loved my consultation with the endocrinologist Dr. Ana Luiza is a loving person, attentive and explains everything very well! The clinic's service is good, it just needs to improve as the delay to request exams, I waited a long time and there were only two receptionists attending.

Facilidade em agendar pelo telefone e a pouca espera, no horário. Fui atendida pelo Dr Marcos Antonio, recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefones só chamam, faz dois dias que tento remarcar uma consulta que foi desmarcada pela médica e não consigo atendimento. Tento ligar sempre das 14 até às 18 horas sem intervalo e nada de atendimento . Na verdade pensei até que estavam sem atender na pandemia pois passei um mês tentando e não consegui, no dia que consegui que atendessem a consulta foi desmarcada e deus sabe quando consigo que atendam novamente
Phones just call, it's been two days since I tried to reschedule an appointment that was canceled by the doctor and I can't get an appointment. I always try to call from 2 pm until 6 pm with no break and no service. In fact, I even thought they were not attending the pandemic because I spent a month trying and I couldn't, the day I managed to get the appointment, it was cleared and God knows when I can get it answered again.

Cheguei as 8:30 para um atendimento que era a partir das 8 e fui chamada para atendimento as 11:40. desorganização, má fé ou a crença de que, quem vai para uma consulta tem um dia inteiro para isso. Tava pra pedir soro, que isso para mim é quase uma internação.
Take the hammock or deck chair because you will need it. I arrived at 8:30 for a service that was from 8 and was called for service at 11:40. clutter, bad faith or the belief that anyone who goes to an appointment has a full day to it. I was about to ask for serum, that this to me is almost a hospitalization.
