Envergonha a classe médica esse tipo de atitude.
Dr. Bruna was insensitive and disrespectful to a young man who answered on Monday 7/10.
This kind of attitude shames the medical profession.

Bad service and organization! Dr Bois is wonderful but the phone service is horrible! And scheduling by whatsapp is much worse !!

Gostei principalmente das explicações de pós cirurgia para minha filha ( mocinha de 18anos q pensa q sabe tudo), amei o leve puxão de orelha ?Fui recomendada por uma amiga q é paciente há + 30 anos. Meu marido, minha filha e tia fizeram cirurgias com ele e estão ótimos. Explica cada detalhe aos pacientes. E a equipe das atendentes Jeane , Luciene são atenciosas e educadas. Qto a Dra Bruna é atualmente oftalmo da minha filha e é muito atenciosa e profissional tbm, além do q tem ao lado um excelente mestre. Meu marido fez 3 orçamentos de cirurgias antes de conhecê-lo e outros profissionais prometem mundos e fundos, ele é direto no problema e valor $ melhor de todos.
Dr Bois is an excellent professional, very attentive and direct, especially with the elderly! I especially enjoyed the post-surgery explanations for my daughter (18-year-old girl who thinks she knows everything), I loved the slight tug on her ear ?I was recommended by a friend who has been a patient for 30+ years. My husband, daughter and aunt had surgery with him and they are doing great. Explain every detail to patients. And the staff of the attendants Jeane, Luciene are thoughtful and polite. Qto Dr Bruna is currently my daughter's ophthalmologist and is very attentive and professional as well, in addition to which she has an excellent teacher at her side. My husband did 3 surgery quotes before I met him and other professionals promise worlds and funds, he's right in trouble and best value $ of all.
