★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 2011 fiz uma cirurgia no olho, fui muito bem atendido desde as consultas, no pré operatório e também no pós. Voltei agora em 2020 o atendimento continua excelente.
In 2011 I had an eye surgery, I was very well attended since the consultations, in the preoperative and also in the post. I returned now in 2020 the service remains excellent.

I called with the intention of making an appointment with 2 minutes to 6 pm, but the employee informed that she had already closed the office hours, and that only on Monday, starting at 8 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clinica é muito boa! O Dr Rogério extremamente educado e atencioso, assim como a Ina também, mas se tivesse nota zero para a recepção eu daria. As funcionárias da recepção são muito desatentos e o atendimento deixa a desejar. Já aconteceu de tudo um pouco: eu ligar, pedir uma informação, elas ficarem de retornar e não retornaram. Eu marcar um horário e chegar na clinica (no horário correto) e elas mudarem meu horário para encaixar outra pessoa. Elas não controlam direito os horários e quem chegou primeiro. Eh sempre algum acontecimento diferente qdo preciso ir à clinica. Fica a dica, já que algumas pessoas como eu trabalham e nem sempre têm toda essa disponibilidade!
The clinic is very good! Dr Rogério was extremely polite and attentive, as well as Ina, but if I had a zero grade for the reception I would give it. The reception staff are very inattentive and the service leaves something to be desired. A little bit of everything has happened: I call, ask for information, they keep returning and they didn't. I make an appointment and arrive at the clinic (at the correct time) and they change my time to fit someone else. They don't really control the schedule and who arrived first. It's always something different when I need to go to the clinic. Here's a tip, since some people like me work and don't always have all that availability!
