★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência já está sendo péssima e olha que nem fui atendido, apenas estou tentando marcar uma fisioterapia, onde fui devidamente mau informado pela atendente, que por sinal disse que eu teria que solicitar junto ao plano uma autorização, sendo que é o contrário, a clinica que possui todas as informações para agilizar o processo para a liberação da autorização prévia para que eu possa enfim fazer as sessões de Fisioterapia. Ao receber o contato do plano de saúde hoje, abri um protocolo de recusa de atendimento, para que o plano possa verificar com a clinica porque a atendente se recusou a fazer o pedido de autorização e fez com que eu, cliente tivesse que me desdobrar para conseguir uma simples autorização, bastava a ela apenas pegar a minha documentação e solicitar junto ao meu plano. Espero que essa situação chata seja compensado pelo bom atendimento profissional!

I hope this annoying situation will be offset by good professional service!
