★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto de Saúde da Prefeitura Municipal de Fortaleza nota 10. Meus comentários se referem ao atendimento presencial. Fui lá atualizar o cadastro da minha mãe, que precisava se inscrever para receber a vacina Covid 19. Fui duas vezes: na primeira peguei as informações de quais documentos levar, e na segunda fiz o cadastro necessário para a vacina. Todos os guardas que ficam controlando o acesso das pessoas foram atenciosos e prestaram as informações necessárias, especialmente o de nome Vinícius (no período da manhã). Quem realizou o cadastro no sistema foi a atendente de nome Ju. Parabéns, Ju! Seu atendimento foi impecável. Teve paciência para me tirar todas as dúvidas.

 Health Post of Fortaleza City Hall note 10. My comments refer to face-to-face service. I went there to update my mother's registration, who needed to register to receive the Covid 19 vaccine. I went twice: the first time I got the information from which documents to bring, and the second time I registered the necessary vaccine. All the guards who are controlling people's access were attentive and provided the necessary information, especially the name Vinícius (in the morning). Who registered in the system was the attendant named Ju. Congratulations, Ju! His service was impeccable. He had the patience to answer all my questions.
Congratulations to the Dr. Luís Costa Health Post team. The best health post in Fortaleza!

Tomei minha segunda dose, porém não atualizaram o site, isso já faz mais de 1 mês e meio, aí a gente liga pra tentar resolver uma coisa simples mas ninguém atende. A pessoa tem que sair de casa pra ir lá pra baixa da egua, pra pedir algo que eles deveriam fazer! Caso não resolvam até amanhã, uma simples atualização no sistema, eu irei acionar os meios necessários, pois estou impossibilitado de ir em alguns cantos por conta dessa informação desatualizada!
Horrible service.
I took my second dose, but they didn't update the site, it's been over 1 month and a half, then we call to try to solve a simple thing but no one answers. The person has to leave the house to go down to the mare, to ask for something they should do! If you don't resolve a simple system update by tomorrow, I'll trigger the necessary means, as I'm unable to go to some corners because of this outdated information!

Fui ao posto de saúde em busca da minha mãe ser vacinada em domicílio e rapidamente elas se empenharam em atender. Recomendo sim esse posto de saúde. Parabéns a prefeitura por duas funcionárias tão dedicadas.
I would like to thank the employees Claudia and Mayra for their excellence in serving. I went to the health center to look for my mother to be vaccinated at home and they quickly endeavored to assist. I do recommend this health post. Congratulations to City Hall for two such dedicated employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes MENTIROSOS! Dizem que estão atendendo, chego lá e me dizem que nem médicos nem enfermeiros tem, enquanto muita gente é atendida. Deveria ser investigado isso, é uma afronta com o dinheiro do contribuinte que vai para o bolso desses lixos.
LIARS attendants! They say they are taking care of it, I get there and they tell me that neither doctors nor nurses have it, while many people are being seen. This should be investigated, it is an affront to the taxpayer's money that goes into the pocket of this garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais grosseiros, arrogantes, despreparados e sem empatia com o contribuinte que paga os salários desses maus funcionários públicos. São poucos os que tratam com respeito, atenção e com vontade de resolver o problema, muitos ficam até incomodados por serem procurados.
Se não sabem lidar com gente, estão na profissão errada!
Deveriam passar por um treinamento, realizar cursos de atualização para aprender a se relacionar com as pessoas e atender mais dignamente quem procura atendimento nesse lugar. Melhorem!
Rude, arrogant, unprepared professionals with no empathy for the taxpayer who pays the salaries of these bad public servants. There are few who treat with respect, attention and willingness to solve the problem, many are even bothered by being sought.
If you don't know how to deal with people, you're in the wrong profession!
They should undergo training, carry out refresher courses to learn how to relate to people and provide a more dignified service to those seeking care in this place. Get better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colocaram que o posto funciona aos sábados porém , pelo menos hoje , não estava funcionando , é um absurdo colocarem que tem funcionamento e não ter ,além disso não tinha ninguém nem um segurança para dar informação. Por mim daria 0 estrela
They said that the post works on Saturdays, however, at least today, it wasn't working, it's absurd to say that it works and doesn't, in addition there was no one or security to give information. I would give it 0 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui pra uma emergência no posto não me atenderam mesmo eu sendo especial cheguei era 2 horas as infermeiras tudo sentada numa sala lá tinha 5 só conversando, outra sala tinha umas 3 e não me atenderam em nada! Estou com minha mãe e junto ao caps pra resolverem essa situação de descaso tanta gente precisando de trabalho esse povo desse posto não querem trabalhar.
Bad service, I went to an emergency at the health center, they didn't help me even though I was special, I arrived at 2:00 am the nurses were all sitting in a room there were 5 just talking, another room had about 3 and they didn't help me at all! I'm with my mother and with the caps to solve this situation of neglect, so many people in need of work, these people from this post don't want to work.
