★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri a máquina fast 360 á vista onde o vendedor Renato Galvão me informou que a entrega seria imediata até o presente momento não recebi o maquinário. 5 dias apos a compra me informaram que houve um problema de programação nas maquinas. Me passaram um prazo até o dia 15/12 para receber. Porém até o presente momento dia 20/12 não recebi a máquina. Entrei em contato com a empresa para solicitar o estorno. Sou vendedora e sei que o cliente precisa de uma atenção mesmo que esse contato seja realizado de dois em dois dias. O que não aconteceu. E sem contar dos trabalhos que não fiz uma vez que vendi a máquina pois me passaram que a entrega seria imediata. Espero pelo menos receber o meu dinheiro de volta.
I purchased the fast 360 machine at sight where the seller Renato Galvão informed me that the delivery would be immediate until now I have not received the machinery. 5 days after the purchase I was informed that there was a programming problem on the machines. I was given a deadline until 12/15 to receive it. However, until the present time on 12/20 I have not received the machine. I contacted the company to request the refund. I am a salesperson and I know that the customer needs attention even if this contact is made every two days. What did not happen. And not to mention the jobs I didn't do since I sold the machine because they told me that the delivery would be immediate. I hope to at least get my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite! olha pessoal, comprei uma giro com este pessoal já tem 6 meses, veio faltando a pistola de medir o calor, e até hoje não me enviaram, já estou cansado de ligar para eles cobrando, e quando falo que só eu ( minha empresa) já desligam o tel, não fazem questão de dar nem satisfação.
