Terrible attendance. They're not even there for satisfaction. I bought mugs on the internet and some came broken she didn't care to solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários extremamente incompetentes. Já está com 4 pedidos que faço e sempre vem errado ou com produtos faltando. Super desinteressados para responder ao cliente. Não adianta ter uma loja tão grande com um trabalho e atendimento tão mal feito.
Extremely incompetent staff. It already has 4 orders that I make and it always comes wrong or with missing products. Super uninterested in responding to the customer. It's no use having such a big store with such a poorly done job and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era uma ótima sempre comprava lá quando era pequena. Cresceu, mas não acompanhou a evolução dos tempos. Os/as vendedores/as deixam muito a desejar em relação a atenção ao cliente. Se depender do WhatsApp e do telefone nunca consigo comprar nada. Ainda bem que não é a única do ramo na cidade. Podiam botar um gerente pra ler esses comentários pra empresa melhorar e voltar a ser uma boa opção de compra.
It was great I always shopped there when I was little. It grew, but it did not follow the evolution of the times. Salespeople leave a lot to be desired in terms of customer service. If I depend on WhatsApp and the phone I can never buy anything. Good thing it's not the only one in the city. They could have a manager read these comments for the company to improve and return to being a good purchase option.
