In few places do we find a team so prepared to receive, guide and welcome people who are, most of the time, wishing to make their dream come true. I thank Dr Otávio, his entire team, when I say everyone, I mean everyone. The reception with full attention from the first contact, then during all the doubts (and there were not few). And on the day of surgery, everyone else involved. Thank you all so much, Dr Ju, a very cheerful and caring anesthesiologist and Dr Renata, my countrywoman who made a point of being present. Dr Otávio was very upstanding, explaining to me exactly what could be done in my case. Thank you so much, once again. If it had 10 stars, I would give it 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu primeiro contato com o Instituto Transplantare foi no dia 03 de março de 2022, por meio de indicação do meu cunhado, Sr. Nilson Londres que realizou com sucesso um processo de transplante capilar no instituto, no 2° semestre de 2020.
Fui atendido pela colaborado Laila, que sempre muito educada e atenciosa passou todas as informações necessárias para iniciar o processo.
No mesmo dia foi marcada minha consulta on-line, uma vez que resido em Belém-PA, com a Dra Simone Gonçalves para o dia 08 do mesmo mês.
Após a consulta e avaliação da Dra Simone, que tb foi mt solicita e atenciosa, recebi todas as orientações e cuidados, inclusive receitas para serem administradas antes do meu procedimento, em seguida a colaboradora Laila passou todas as informações com relação a exames pré operatório, custos e indicações de acomodação em BH e a minha cirurgia ficou marcada para os dia 05 e 06 de maio.
Na semana anterior a cirurgia ainda fui atendido on-line pelo Dr Otávio que tb mt educado e atencioso fez outra avaliação do meu processo e na véspera do processo dia 04 de maio o Dr Otávio fez outro atendimento, desta vez in loco, definindo a minha hair line.
Nas vésperas do processo também tb fui orientado pelos anestesistas Dra Juliana e Dr Lucas, tb mt educados e atenciosos e que acompanharam o processo em tempo integral.
O atendimento no instituto é excelente, simplesmente incrível, ambiente maravilhoso, acolhedor, toda a equipe é maravilhosa, educados, organizados e cumpridores de horários, pessoas leves e que trabalham de bem com a vida.
O processo cirúrgico conduzido pela Dra Simone nos dois dias foi mais tranquilo do que eu imaginava, sem dor e com pouquíssimo incômodo no pós. Tenho recebido orientações diárias quanto aos procedimentos do pós operatório.
O preço praticado pelo instituto achei justo e apesar de ser mt recente para avaliação estou gostando mt
do resultado até aqui alcançado.
Agora é seguir a orientação do Instituto e orar a Deus para que não ocorra nenhuma intercorrência que prejudique o excelente trabalho realizado pela equipe.
Muito obrigado a todos pelo acolhimento e externo meu abraço ao povo de BH que nos foi mt acolhedor de forma geral.
My first contact with Instituto Transplantare was on March 3, 2022, through an indication of my brother-in-law, Mr. Nilson Londres who successfully performed a hair transplant process at the institute, in the 2nd half of 2020.
I was attended by the collaborator Laila, who was always very polite and attentive and provided all the necessary information to start the process.
On the same day, my online appointment was scheduled, since I live in Belém-PA, with Dr Simone Gonçalves for the 8th of the same month.
After the consultation and evaluation by Dr Simone, who was also very solicitous and attentive, I received all the guidelines and care, including recipes to be administered before my procedure, then the collaborator Laila passed on all the information regarding preoperative exams, costs and indications for accommodation in BH and my surgery was scheduled for the 5th and 6th of May.
The week before the surgery, I was still attended online by Dr Otávio, who was also very polite and attentive, made another evaluation of my process and on the eve of the process on May 4th, Dr Otávio made another appointment, this time in loco, defining my hairline.
On the eve of the process, I was also guided by the anesthesiologists Dr Juliana and Dr Lucas, who were also very polite and attentive and who followed the process full time.
The service at the institute is excellent, simply amazing, wonderful, welcoming atmosphere, the entire team is wonderful, polite, organized and punctual, light people who work well with life.
The surgical process conducted by Dr. Simone over the two days was smoother than I imagined, without pain and with very little discomfort in the aftermath. I have received daily guidance regarding the postoperative procedures.
The price charged by the institute I thought was fair and despite being very recent for evaluation, I'm really enjoying it
of the result achieved so far.
Now it's time to follow the Institute's guidance and pray to God so that there are no complications that could jeopardize the excellent work carried out by the team.
Thank you all very much for the welcome and my external hug to the people of BH who were very welcoming to us in general.
