Esperei exatamente 1 hora e 50 minutos para ser atendida.E se fosse o contrário?! Entendo que imprevistos ocorrem, mas poderiam dizer a verdade. Agora, estou desde maio solicitando um recibo e não consigo.
The doctor is competent. However, the attendants are impolite and without commitment,. I called ahead (30 min) to find out if the appointment would be delayed, they said no. I waited exactly 1 hour and 50 minutes to be answered. What if it was the other way around ?! I understand that unforeseen events occur, but they could tell the truth. Now, I have been requesting a receipt since May and I can't.
