★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente! .... PRECISA MELHORAR VÁRIAS COISAS: > NECESSITA DE mais pessoas no Balcão de atendimento. Quando está cheio de pacientes , 2 (Duas) atendentes não são suficientes (as vezes demora nais de 10 minutos para fazer o cadastro). Um dia desses, um senhor (65 anos) foi até este hospital para entregar material coletado (urina). Ele ficou uns 10 minutos aguardando... ai se aproximou do guichê e solicitou ajuda. A atendente disse -lhe para pegar uma senha e aguardar... ( era só para deixar amostra). Enfim, ele ficou chateado e foi embora(...) > NECESSITA DE CLINICAS CONVENIADAS ESPECIALIZADAS EM EXAMES em Arujá e Região. (Deliberato, Citolab, Sanset etc. /empresas com excelente atendimento e experiência nesta área). > PRECISA DE MÉDICO PEDIATRA ( pronto atendimento). PRECISA AUMENTAR O NUMERO DE VAGAS PARA OS BENEFICIÁRIOS (10 % do total é muito pouco /O restante é para os médicos e funcionários??) . Enfim, tem várias coisas para melhorar! A maioria das Empresas conseguem melhorar o seu atendimento quando ESCUTAM e ENTENDEM as NECESSIDADES e DIFICULDADES dos Seus CLIENTES!.

When it is full of patients, 2 (Two) attendants are not enough (sometimes it takes more than 10 minutes to register). One of these days, a man (65 years old) went to this hospital to deliver collected material (urine). He was waiting about 10 minutes... then he approached the window and asked for help. The attendant told him to get a password and wait... (it was just to leave a sample). Anyway, he got upset and left(...) > NEEDS AGREEMENT SPECIALIZED CLINICS IN EXAMS in Arujá and Region. (Deliberato, Citolab, Sanset etc. /companies with excellent service and experience in this area). > NEED A PEDIATRIC DOCTOR (emergency care). NEED TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF PLACES FOR BENEFICIARIES (10% of the total is very little / Is the rest for doctors and employees??) . Anyway, there are several things to improve! Most Companies are able to improve their service when they LISTEN and UNDERSTAND the NEEDS and DIFFICULTIES of their CUSTOMERS!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom ,mas precisa melhorar no que se refere à tratamentos como no caso de fisioterapia porque as seções que marcam chegam a ser de até onze dias , estou pagando particular poi minha esposa está com tendinite e precisa ser tratada adequadamente, pagamos dez seções e ainda faltam vinte o correto seria o reembolso do que estou gastando
The service is good, but it needs to improve with regard to treatments as in the case of physiotherapy because the sessions that are scheduled are up to eleven days, I am paying privately because my wife has tendinitis and needs to be treated properly, we pay for ten sessions and there are still twenty left, the correct thing would be the refund of what I'm spending
