Gostaria de registrar o péssimo atendimento, falta de comprometimento e atenção ao cliente, nesse Centro Ortopédico Uruguaiana, na Rua Uruguaiana, 52;
No dia 23/10, comprei um calçado Ultra Conforto, no valor de R$ 95,00, na loja em questão. Pois bem, usei o sapato por (02) dois dias e o mesmo machucou meu pé torturantemente, pois o acabamento interno, no entorno das costuras se soltou fazendo com que um material duro e cortante, ficasse pressionando meu calcanhar me impossibilitando de caminhar sem sentir uma dor incomparável. No dia 26/10, voltei na loja para trocar por outro produto com valor maior, e os responsáveis me informaram que não poderiam efetuar a troca, por motivo de eu ter usado o calçado por dois dias em vias públicas, e por ter usado a calcanheira DrScholl's, ficando assim resíduo de cola. E que poderiam até trocar, se eu tivesse percebido o defeito sem sair nas ruas, só usando o mesmo dentro de casa.
Agora te pergunto, como eu iria saber do defeito sem usar o mesmo?
Voltei na loja no dia 30/10, mas obtive o mesmo tipo de descaso e nada foi resolvido.
Resolvi meu problema diretamente com o fabricante, mas teria sido muito mais rápido se tivessem feito minha troca na loja, e me tratado como cliente.

On 10/23, I bought an Ultra Comfort shoe, worth R $ 95.00, in the store in question. Well, I used the shoe for (02) two days and it hurt my foot excruciatingly, because the internal finish, around the seams loosened causing a hard and cutting material, to be pressing on my heel making it impossible for me to walk without feeling incomparable pain. On 10/26, I went back to the store to exchange for another product with a higher value, and those in charge informed me that they could not make the exchange, due to the fact that I used the shoes for two days on public roads, and because I used the DrScholl's heel, leaving glue residue. And they could even change it, if I had noticed the defect without going out on the streets, just using it at home.
Now I ask you, how would I know about the defect without using it?
I returned to the store on 10/30, but I got the same kind of neglect and nothing was resolved.
I solved my problem directly with the manufacturer, but it would have been much quicker if they had made my exchange at the store, and treated me as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, se fosse possível não daria estrela nenhuma. Muita falta de respeito com o cliente, descaso, muita grosseria da vendedora, produto de péssima qualidade.
Comprei 3 calçados em menos de uma semana dois estavam descascando, o terceiro no segundo dia de uso soltou o soldado. Fui até a loja solicitar o conserto, sem êxito sendo distratada pela vendedora que disse que não resolveria porque eu só tinha a nota do débito não a nota fiscal, sempre em tom alto e grosseiro não resolvendo e mandando entrar na justiça porque o dono não autoriza o reparo.
Nunca mais compro nessa loja e aconselho a não comprarem, péssimo produto e o atendimento ao cliente pior ainda.
Poor service, if it were possible it wouldn't give any stars. A lot of lack of respect for the customer, indifference, a lot of rudeness from the seller, poor quality product.
I bought 3 shoes in less than a week two were peeling, the third on the second day of use released the soldier. I went to the store to request the repair, unsuccessfully being distracted by the seller who said it would not solve it because I only had the debit note, not the invoice, always in a loud and rude tone, not resolving and ordering legal action because the owner does not authorize the repair.
I never shop at this store again and I advise you not to buy, terrible product and even worse customer service.

Sempre utilizo o serviço de podologia em uma dessas lojas na unidade em Niterói, na rua da conceição, e sempre foi muito bom, e acreditando na qualidade do serviço fui até essa da uruguaiana e hoje um dia depois estou com meus dedos inflamados. Já tomei antiflamatorio. Enviei inclusive fotos de como estão meus dedos para página do Instagram. Ou seja, paguei R$ 65 para ter meus dedos machucados. Sem contar do péssimo atendimento
My experience in this store (Uruguayan) was the worst possible. I always use the podiatry service in one of these stores at the unit in Niterói, on Rua da Conceição, and it was always very good, and believing in the quality of the service, I went to this one in Uruguay and today, one day later, my fingers are inflamed. I've already taken anti-inflammatory drugs. I even sent photos of how my fingers are to the Instagram page. In other words, I paid R$65 to have my fingers hurt. Not counting the poor service
