★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui lá hoje pela manhã. Atendimento muito bom ,explicativo sobre o que poderia ser feito em minha bota (modelo Bull Terrier ) , e com valor muito acessível pelo serviço o qual foi feito . Como utilizo essa bota para o dia a dia e andar de moto , ela estava bem desgastada e o couro desidratado. Foi totalmente revitalizada e a aparência está muito bacana. Desde já , agradeço a atenção de todos que trabalham lá .
 I went there this morning. Very good service, explaining what could be done in my boot (Bull Terrier model), and with very affordable value for the service which was done. As I use this boot for everyday life and riding a motorcycle, it was well worn and the leather dehydrated. It has been completely revitalized and looks very nice. From now on , I appreciate the attention of everyone who works there .

I always look for them when it comes to leather. They are very old. And they do all repairs. It has paints, thanks, etc....

I've repaired a backpack, shoes, boots and even a good hiking boot. All services were excellent. Obviously, they don't work miracles. However, the service is of good quality. If they don't, nobody else does.

Quando fui lá o senhor q me atendeu falou q ia avaliar o sapato e me passar o orçamento p eu ver se valeria a pena fazer o serviço. Me passaram o orçamento e aprovei. Peguei o sapato e no primeiro dia de uso após vir do "conserto" arrebentou a tira q prendia o pé na sandália. Dos dois pés. Liguei para eles e não fui acolhida, me trataram com arrogância e falaram q o trabalho era só a reposição das cordas do salto. Não avaliaram o sapato como um todo e depois falaram que teria de colar e costurar mas a costura seria cobrada . Pq não viram isso no orçamento. Péssimo serviço e atendimento.
I asked for a quote for a shoe whose heel strings were coming loose. When I went there, the gentleman who answered me said he was going to evaluate the shoe and give me the budget so I could see if it would be worth doing the service. They gave me the budget and I approved. I took the shoe and on the first day of use after coming in from the "repair" the strap that held the foot in the sandal broke. Two feet. I called them and I was not welcomed, they treated me with arrogance and said that the job was just replacing the jump ropes. They did not evaluate the shoe as a whole and then said that it would have to be glued and sewn, but the sewing would be charged. Because they didn't see it in the budget. Bad service and care.
