★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completa falta de respeito ao ser humano. Tentei contato diversas vezes para confirmar minha consulta. Pelo sistema da Unimed confirmei 2 vezes, inclusive na véspera da consulta. Ao chegar no consultório uma pessoa completamente despreparada e sem empatia informou que a médica não estava atendendo primeira consulta. Pra que serve o celular divulgado na internet? Pra que serve a conta no Instagram?? Nenhum canal destes serviu pra impedir que eu e muitas outras pessoas perdessem seu tempo e se expusessem ao vírus para vir consultar com uma médica que a meu ver não tem a menor empatia ou respeito pelo próximo. Com certeza está na profissão errada e não pode ajudar ninguém. Lastimável
Complete lack of respect for human beings. I tried to contact several times to confirm my query. Through the Unimed system I confirmed 2 times, including the day before the consultation. Upon arriving at the office a person completely unprepared and without empathy reported that the doctor was not attending the first appointment. What is the cell phone used on the internet for? What is the Instagram account for? No such channel served to prevent me and many other people from wasting their time and exposing themselves to the virus to come and see a doctor who, in my opinion, has no empathy or respect for others. He is certainly in the wrong profession and cannot help anyone. Regrettable
