★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Deixei uma TV por duas semanas na loja para testes. Informaram que o aparelho não apresentou defeito. Cheguei em casa, testei, o problema estava lá. Liguei pra informar e ouvi do atendente, num tom arrogante e sem educação: "Deve ser uma zica na sua casa.". Como é que a Panasonic permite uma equipe tão pouco profissional ser autorizada da marca? Fica a dúvida.
Bad experience. I left a TV for two weeks at the store for testing. They reported that the device was not defective. I got home, tested it, the problem was there. I called to inform and heard from the attendant, in an arrogant and uneducated tone: "Must be a zica in your house.". How does Panasonic allow such an unprofessional team to be branded? The doubt remains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Levei um monitor Samsung para conserto (já havia consertado antes por 50 reais). Me deram 3 dias pra mandar o orçamento. Depois de 10 dias ligo pra lá cobrando, falam que não foi olhado ainda. Então quando falei que ia buscar o monitor, imediatamente levaram pro técnico olhar e me passaram o orçamento de nada menos que 250 reais. (O monitor novo custa 250 reais). Então ou eu pagaria 250 reais pra consertar, ou pagaria 20 reais de taxa de orçamento pra poder retira-lo. Optei pro nenhum dos dois, abandonei meu monitor lá. Não vou pagar 20 reais pelo orçamento que demorou mais de 10 dias, e ainda tive que ligar cobrando.
Eles tentam te explorar o máximo, acham que só por que estão na zona sul de BH podem cobrar 500% a mais nos consertos. Nem todo mundo é otário. Não indico essa loja pra ninguém. No centro há lojas mais honestas com preços aceitáveis. Podem fechar a loja se for continuar desse jeito.
Terrible. I took a Samsung monitor for repair (I had repaired it before for 50 reais). They gave me 3 days to send the budget. After 10 days I call there charging, they say it hasn't been looked at yet. So when I said I was going to get the monitor, they immediately took the technician to look and gave me a budget of no less than 250 reais. (The new monitor costs 250 reais). So I would either pay 250 reais to fix it, or I would pay 20 reais of the budget fee to be able to withdraw it. I chose neither, I left my monitor there. I will not pay 20 reais for the budget that took more than 10 days, and I still had to call charging.
They try to exploit you to the maximum, they think that just because they are in the south of BH they can charge 500% more in repairs. Not everyone is a sucker. I don't recommend this store to anyone. In the center there are more honest shops with acceptable prices. You can close the store if you're going to continue like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha tv para consertar, cobraram 450 reais pelo conserto. No meio do tempo, comprei uma tv nova e então a arrumada ficou encostada. Quando precisei e fui ligar a tv que então eles tinham ''consertado', apresentava o mesmo defeito. Levei para questionar, foi me informado que o prazo de garantia tinha expirado e que seria cobrado para fazer um novo orçamento. A questão não é a garantia ter vencido ou não, trabalho com loja, e se meu cliente não foi solucionado o problema, mesmo fora da garantia, soluciono. O técnico, mal olhou em minha cara. Não recomendo pra arrumar nem lanterna de pilha.
I took my TV to fix it, they charged 450 reais for the repair. In the middle of the time, I bought a new TV and then the tidy one was leaning. When I needed it and went to turn on the TV, which they then had "fixed", it had the same defect. I took it to question, I was informed that the warranty period had expired and that I would be charged to make a new budget. The issue is not whether the warranty has expired or not, I work with a store, and if my client has not solved the problem, even outside the warranty, I do. The technician barely looked me in the face. I do not recommend to fix even a battery flashlight.
