★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exame marcado para 12:30, cheguei cedo como combinado, entreguei a documentação e quando fui assinar a guia era 12:40, perguntei quando eu iria ser atendido, a atendente me disse pelo menos 15 minutos mais tinha outro paciente, que chegou atrasado, na minha frente. Sai do consultório e vou procurar outro... COMPROMISSO COM O CLIENTE... Atrasos são toleráveis mais situações como essa não...
 Exam scheduled for 12:30, I arrived early as scheduled, I handed in the documentation and when I went to sign the guide it was 12:40, I asked when I was going to be seen, the attendant told me at least 15 minutes but there was another patient, who arrived late, in front of me. I leave the office and I will look for another one ... COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER ... Delays are tolerable, more situations like this are not ...
