A atendente realmente é grosseira e impaciente, o que não se explica uma vez que apenas solicitei que marcasse uma consulta (função que ela está sendo paga para fazer). Não sei também quem decide sobre a agenda, mas, não ter agenda aberta pra daqui uma semana? O paciente antigo continua tentando, mas o paciente de primeira vez vai simplesmente procurar um profissional com agenda disponível. Infelizmente, perdeu uma paciente/cliente e todos os procedimentos que eu buscava fazer. Espero que meu relato sirva, ao menos, pra que se melhore daqui pra frente.
I will not misjudge the professional because of my bad experience with the telephone attendant, but, as a medical colleague, I want to leave this information that she may not know. The attendant is really rude and impatient, which is not explained since I only asked her to make an appointment (function that she is being paid to do). I also don't know who decides on the agenda, but, not having an open agenda for a week from now? The old patient keeps trying, but the first-time patient will simply look for a professional with an available agenda. Unfortunately, I lost a patient / client and all the procedures that I tried to do. I hope my story will serve, at least, to improve from now on.
