★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço de recepção! Ignorância e desorganização são os adjetivos para esse serviço prestado pela clínica. A atendente que deveria receber os pacientes de maneira minimamente educada faz totalmente o oposto disso. A médica é excelente mas a recepcionista afasta os pacientes.
 Poor reception service! Ignorance and disorganization are the adjectives for this service provided by the clinic. The attendant who should receive patients in a minimally polite way does the opposite of that. The doctor is excellent but the receptionist keeps the patients away.

Porém as recepcionista...São grossas, não atendem o telefone, te respondem entre os dentes, parecem que não querem trabalhar, se não quer, de lugar a quem quer, pois estão queimando um lugar com excelentes profissionais de saúde, as recepcionistas são a porta de entrada da empresa, devem recepcionar o melhor possível seus pacientes.
The medicas are great !!! But the receptionists ... They are thick, they don’t answer the phone, they answer you between their teeth, they look like they don’t want to work, if you don’t want, from a place to whomever they want, because they are burning a place with excellent health professionals, the receptionists are at the entrance of the company, they should welcome their patients as well as possible.

Além de carinhosa, educada e paciente ela é muito prestativa. Vi ela acalmando e ajudando dois pacientes que tinham fobia de elevador a descer até o terrio. Experiência legal essa que eu tive ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui bem atendida. Dr. Renata , dermatologista maravilhosa, Drª Pollyana ótima neurologista. Ao contrário do que vi em alguns comentários, não tenho nada a reclamar da recepção. O que ocorre é que o espaço onde ela se encontra é pequeno, o que por vezes dificulta o acesso quando o consultório está cheio.
I was always well attended. Dr. Renata, wonderful dermatologist, Dr. Pollyana a great neurologist. Contrary to what I saw in some reviews, I have nothing to complain about the reception. What happens is that the space where she is is small, which sometimes makes it difficult to access when the office is full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso que fiquei bem assustada com tantos comentários negativos, mas tentei assim mesmo o atendimento, pois, precisava muito. Liguei apenas uma vez e rapidamente consegui marcar uma consulta.
Compareci na clínica no dia 17/07/2019, para me consultar com a Dra. Thaís Neves Costa, dermatologista. Não a conhecia e nem fui por indicação, fui pelo plano e pela urgência. Gostei muito do fato dela ser uma profissional atualizada, isso para mim conta bastante, principalmente quando se trata de tratamento de melasma.
Neste dia, cheguei 40 min atrasada e não poderia mais ser atendida, pois, iria atrapalhar a agenda da Dra. A recepcionista prontamente sugeriu outro horário para o mesmo dia, na parte da tarde, sendo que eu nem havia mencionado que precisava muito. Curti a iniciativa dela.
Agora vou iniciar os tratamentos indicados pela Dra. e retornarei aqui para avaliar mais. Até o momento a impressão foi ótima e tudo está conspirando para eu ser uma paciente fiel.

I confess that I was very scared by so many negative comments, but I tried the service anyway, because I needed a lot. I only called once and quickly got an appointment.
I attended the clinic on July 17, 1919, to consult with Dr. Thaís Neves Costa, dermatologist. I didn't know her and I didn't go by appointment, I went for the plan and the urgency. I really liked the fact that she is an up-to-date professional, that counts for me a lot, especially when it comes to melasma treatment.
On this day, I arrived 40 minutes late and could no longer be attended, as it would disrupt Dr.'s schedule. The receptionist promptly suggested another time for the same day in the afternoon, and I had not even mentioned that I needed much. I enjoyed her initiative.
Now I will start the treatments indicated by Dr. and will return here to evaluate further. So far the impression has been great and everything is plotting for me to be a loyal patient.

Ela é de superar as expectativas técnicas!
Me trato com ela a mais de 5 anos e sempre indico meus amigos e familiares.
As vezes, o atendimento via WhatsApp é um pouco demorado, mas entendo que a demanda é grande.
Se pudessem disponibilizar um telefone pra contato.
Ficaria melhor.
Contudo, sempre saio de lá muito satisfeito com o atendimento em geral.
