★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A única coisa que eu não entendo é o atendimento por hora de chegada. Se 20 pessoas chegam às 7h, a vigésima pessoa vai esperar pelo menos 3 horas pra ser atendida. Por que não marcam com cada paciente o horário pra ir? Poderia ter marcação de consultas a cada meia hora, assim a pessoa não precisa gastar o dia inteiro. Eu fui e esperei 4 horas. Eu poderia ter feito outras coisas nesse tempo e chegar na clínica só pro meu horário.
The only thing I do not understand is the call by the time of arrival. If 20 people arrive at 7am, the twentieth person will wait at least 3 hours to be attended. Why do not they mark with each patient the time to go? You could have appointment appointments every half hour so you do not have to spend all day. I went and waited 4 hours. I could have done other things at that time and get to the clinic just for my schedule.
